STL still has one final chance to make things right. However, I fully agree with what everyone on BASS has said. I won't believe the Blues can win a crucial series until they win that crucial series. I'm not falling for it, either.

They can't win a playoff series period.  That's why I don't call them chokers.  At this point they aren't even expected to win in the playoffs.

Even the Caps can at least win a first round series compared to the Blues.

Amazing to think the Flyers five-headed hydra (Giroux/Brayden Schenn/Ghost/Voracek/Simmons) scored a combined ONE goal in this series.

The more amazing thing isn't that the Caps won a playoff series in the Ovechkin era, it's that it took less than seven games to do it.

I don't often agree with a Pens fan, but in this case, agreed. That Holtby is a good goalie, and Philly lucked out even making it to the dance this year.

I guess it's CFL season for me, now!

The Wild showed up for four of the six games in the Dallas series.

I suppose that's good enough for management to try it one more time with this group.  Or perhaps, given the contracts, they have no choice.

They really, really need to try to blow it up and start over as an expansion team.  This is just not working.

I won't blame you if you want to change that to five. :)

Yeah...one third of the game.  Mirrors the season well.

Goddamn Wild, stop trying already!

THANK YOU BASED GOD.

Now we get another southern Central team to try and dethrone LOLHAWKSWIN. I got tired of Minnesota's prickteasing after a while and I wanted to like them.

I'm enjoying the hated underdog status this year.

Mighty Ducks of Anaheim (CHL - 2018 Orr Cup Champions) Chicago Rivermen (UBA/WBL - 2014, 2015, 2017 Intercontinental Cup Champions)

King's Own Hexham FC (BIP - 2022 Saint's Cup Champions) Portland Explorers (EFL - Elite Bowl XIX Champions) Real San Diego (UPL) Red Bull Seattle (ULL - 2018, 2019, 2020 Gait Cup Champions) Vancouver Huskies (CL)

PHEW

Huge props to Philly for making it a series. Neuvirth was insane, and ?? looks like he'll be really good as the years go by.

Anyways, onto Pittsburgh. Let's go Caps!

At least Dallas will give us SOMETHING different if they face Chicago.

Nah, you'll be getting mad at them and calling them boring by Game 3.

He won't get the opportunity.  They're committed to Mason...

... I think.

Blackhawks are reigning Stanley Cup Champions and people were expecting them to win the series even when it got to 3-1.

Hated? Yes. Underdog? Not soon.

IMO they'd be crazy not to ride Neuvirth for a while now. I said several times that he looked other-worldly in the series, and I said that several times mostly because his saves left me speechless otherwise.

But tbh that last part was about Shayne Gostisbehere, but I put ?? because at the time I didn't feel like typing out Gostisbehere :P
