Transfers:    Since the last NCAA Football games was released, there has been a huge emphasis on college transfers. I was thinking, it would be beneficial if the process for transfers was more like the recruiting of high school prospects. After the bowl season there would be 3 weeks where you could recruit these transfers. This process would be exactly like the high school recruiting (set points and visits). For the transfers, depth and position and draft results would hold the most importance.

Players Leaving: During the "Players Leaving" stage in the offseason, there will be the option to tell players to transfer and suggest players to go pro. This would be very beneficial if you had a large recruiting class and knew you were going to cut players next season. Also, this would also benefit teams interested in adding transfers (since draft result hold high importance).

There are also a lot of instances where there are 90-99 overall players who opt to graduate rather than enter the draft, with the new ability to influence NFL decisons, these players would enter the draft and help you gain Coaching XP.

Recruiting: All JUCO recruits would be a 3 Star in rank, also there would an option to search for JUCO players specifically.

There would a satellite camp option. This would entail selecting a week that has a home gain during the season. After selecting the week, the coach would select upto 20 players, the cost per player would be 100recruiting points each. The 20 players selected to attend the camp wouldn't be allowed to take a college visit and wouldn't be scouted until the camp. At the camp, the players would be scouted 100%, they would receive huge bonuses (equal to a visit). The biggest downfall in the satellite camp option is that it would take up all recruiting points for the week that it's set and forces the coach to wait when it comes to scouting the selected players.

There would also be the addition of player promises in the recruiting process.

Coach History- When in the coaching profile section, the user would have the option to see CPU and user controlled coaching history.

EX: *select Bob Jones*

DC Arizona State 2015

HC Utah State 2016

HC Utah State 2017

HC Cal 2018

HC Cal 2019

OC Hawaii 2020

Coaching Carousel- Instead of the current method in NCAA, there will be a list of open coaching positions, users would be able to scroll through the list selecting program they're interested in. After selecting, the user would hit "start". The coaching positions would open and close until there would be more positions available.

In the new coaching carousel, if the user was a HC, they would have the ability to influence their coordinators in staying, but also fire them.

Notes: After winning big games (rivalries, bowl games, conference championships, and getting into the final four) players and coaches would receive boosts. The player boots would mean increases in attributes, for coaches it would mean more influence in recruiting (transfer/high schoolers). After winning then NC, the user team would see a large rise in players declaring for the NFL Draft. Players would almost always declare for the draft after receiving a national award.

Stadiums- This new game would feature all bowl games, 31 current NFL Stadiums and the following...

Edward Jones Dome (St Louis) ex-NFL

RFK Stadium (Washington DC) ex-NFL

Candlestick Park (San Fransisco) ex-NFL

Citrus Bowl (Orlando) Ex-college

Yankee Stadium (New York) MLB

Wrigley Field (Chicago) MLB

Fenway Park (Boston) MLB

Busch Memorial Stadium (St Louis) MLB

Safeco Field (Seattle) MLB

Tropicana Field (Tampa Bay) MLB

Chase Field (Phoenix) MLB

AT&T Park (San Francisco) MLB

Tom Benson HOF Stadium (Canton) Expedition NFL

Aloha Stadium (Honolulu) Expedition NFL

Stub Hub Center (LA) MLS

Cotton Bowl (Dallas) Expedition NCAA

Independence Stadium (Shreveport) Expedition NCAA

Wembley Stadium (London England) International Soccer

Stadio Azteca (Mexico City Mexico) International Soccer

Olympic Stadium (Montreal Canada) International Soccer

Roger Center (Toronto Canada) International Football

BC Place (Vancouver Canada) International Football

Edward Jones Dome

Dynasty teams would be able to change their stadiums.

The NCAA game would have a build a stadium built within the game. Custom stadiums could be assigned to teams in dynasty mode and played in during expeditions. In the Dynasty mode, users can build a new custom stadium once every 10 seasons.

Please take a look at this link for information on the extensive NCAA Create-a-Stadium.

Playoff System: Dynasty Mode: (Default) To determine the 4 teams to enter the playoffs the CPU would use the old BCS system, the top 4 teams would then be selected. In order to be in the CFP, there would be one stipulation, each of the 4 teams must be conference champion and the only way a Group of 5 would get in is from a undefeated season. The locations could be selected by the user. If the user didn't change the locations, the 1st rounds would be at the Rose Bowl and Mercedes Benz Super Dome and the finals at AT&T Stadium in Dallas.

         - In the Dynasty Mode there would be the option to expand or decrease the playoffs. Users could decide to create an 8 team playoff or to return to the traditional BCS 2 team playoff. Like before the CPU would use the old BCS system to select the top 2/8 teams. The winners of each of the 5 major power conferences (ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, SEC, and PAC 12) would all get into the 8 team playoff with the remaining spots going to the top BCS rated teams. For the 8 team playoff option, the locations could be selected by the user. If the user didn't change the locations, the 1st rounds would be at Sun Life Stadium(Miami), Georgia Dome(Atlanta), University of Phoenix Stadium(Phoenix), and the Cotton Bowl(Dallas). The 2nd round would be at the Rose Bowl and Mercedes Benz Super Dome and the finals at AT&T Stadium in Dallas.

The game would also have a tournament feature: This feature would let the user chose from 4, 8, 16, 32, or a 64 team tournament. The user could do one of 3 options to select teams (1) choose each team individually, (2) hit random and have the teams chosen randomly, (3) select auto-select, the CPU would choose the top teams in the game and sort them out based on seedings. Users could control up to all 64 teams. The default: Locations would automatically go the higher seeded team of each game. Users would have the ability to have all the games at one location, select each game individually, or chose the "round by round" feature. Round by round means that after every round the user would be able to select each games location.

I want a game where you can make more than one custom playbook without the game crashing every time you want to play and forcing you to delete all the progress you made by wiping the memory clean just to be able to play the game. That would be nice.

i have unquantifiable corpses on my conscience

I remember an old College Football game on Sega Genesis where you had the option of having a playoff tournament instead of bowl games. I'd like that feature to return.

I like the idea of being a conference commissioner, whether that be an existing conference or a new one. It would be cool if the CPU also created new conferences on its own too. But in creating a new conference, with the player at the helm, I don't think you should be able to pluck one team away so easily. There should be invitations extended. Almost like a dynasty conference mode. It should be easier to get an accepted invite from a UL-Lagayette or a Central Florida than a Alabama or Ohio State. You would have to work your way up, perhaps starting with six charter schools. Just a thought.

In the new game it would be very interesting if you had the "Be an AD" option. This would let you to coach, play, and change conferences, build new stadiums, change uniforms, create new conferences, and perhaps even be one vote in the AP Poll. With the voting in the AP Poll, players would only be able to give the #1 vote to a current top 5 team.

As the AD, you would also be able to hire and fire coaches at anytime, not just the coaching carousel time. When searching for coaches to hire, there would be a menu with all "free coaches". They would have their skill level (out of 100), age, coaching record (years coached), accolades (conference championships, award winners, Heisman winners, all Americans, and Coach of the Years) and past programs listed.

EXAMPLE:

Josh Freitz, 78, 54 years old, 110-130 (21 seasons), Conference Champions 2x, 4 Awards, 0 Heisman Trophies, 12 All Americans, 0 COY, 1-UCONN 19-Temple 2-USF

Mike Dobbs, 89, 43 years old, 80-16 (8 seasons), Conference Champions 7x, 16 Awards, 1 Heisman Trophies, 30 All Americans, 2 COY, 1-Temple 7-Alabama
