The aforementioned factors were, in my opinion, simply a ploy by Kronke to dwindle the fan base and make it ever so easy to move the team in the middle of the night, which he finally pulled off. I agree with this. I figured the Rams were on the ropes as soon as Georgia died, but never bought into Stan Kroenke helping her move the team to St. Louis so he could eventually move it back himself. That's a bit of a reach to me. But yeah, they definitely went into a period of benign neglect at the end the way the Whalers and Supersonics did before their owners moved them.
dfwabel 4,155 Posted August 3, 2016 Cowboys Kellen Moore breaks his ankle, so Austinite Nick Foles may get a call (if he hasn't already).

That's my goal for the season this year, I like our team structure. The offense has consistency for the first time in a while and the D is shored up on the line and the backs, with the middle being solidified again with Lavonte David and Kwon Alexander.
Rockstar Matt 1,576 Posted August 3, 2016 I think the Bucs are on their way up. They should be in playoff contention for most of the season.

neo_prankster 3,393 Posted August 3, 2016 Another thing I should say is maybe Seattle could win the NFC West, but watch out for the Rams. Not saying the Rams will surprise anybody this year, but what I'm really saying is expect the change of scenery to light a fire under those guys.

Maybe, & I'm hoping because I drafted Todd Gurley first round. They do have to play the Seahawks & Cardinals 2x & make another trip to London.
DNAsports 5,778 Posted August 4, 2016 Brett Favre's HOF Locker to include a Packers jersey and Vikings jersey. I immediately thought "Well, where's the Jets jersey?" But then it got me thinking "What about a Falcons jersey?" Yes, Favre's best years were with the Packers and Vikings, but shouldn't the HOF be about celebrating a player's entire career?

dorshak 232 Posted August 4, 2016 The NFC seems much more predictable than the AFC this year. I wouldn't be surprised if we see all 6 NFC playoff teams back again.

Bucs issue is that the team was undisciplined under Schiano in his last year and undisciplined under Lovie in his two years. Can it really turn around under Dirk Koetter since changing the HC doesn't equal reducing penalties. http://www.tampabay.com/sports/football/bucs/with-koetter-and-mike-smith-in-charge-will-bucs-penalties-disappear/2263333

I mean, he had one good season with them (which I guess is better than what he did with the Falcons and Jets). Still, he should be remembered as a Packer... and only a Packer.
