NFL 2016: The Regular Season Thread

The NFL is much more fun when the Raiders are actually good.  Good to see them doing well when the spotlight is on them.

And, I said it after the Falcons played there in Week 2....it's going to be a real shame if the Raiders leave Oakland.  Other than the stadium falling apart, the team and the city are so perfect for each other.  The stadium atmosphere looks to be so much fun to be a part of.

Oh most definitely. When the Raiders are worth watching, Raiders games are absolutely crazy.

A Raiders-Patriots AFC Championship game would be beautiful. Talk about waiting for revenge.

Revenge for a correct ruling in a 2001 Divisional game?

I'll pass.

Is it too far-fetched to think that if Prescott wins the starting job over Romo, Romo could end up in Denver near the end of his career? Which is probably sooner rather than later.

Unless Jerry gets an offer he simply can't refuse; there's no way he trades Romo. He's probably going to be asking for too much for a guy who hasn't played a full 16-game season in a few years.

Even with Patriots bias, I've always thought the 2001 Raiders would've lost to the Steelers, &/or likely the Rams.  Belichick counts for something, as did their defence.

Great, the bandwagoner is back.

On a serious note, the NFL is so much better when the Raiders are good. It's a damn shame that Oakland is probably going to lose them again, and just when they're finally good too.

Cowboys - Lakers - LAFC - USMNT - LA Rams - LA Kings - NUFC

Not least, that probably means the Broncos sharing the AFC West aren't doing as well.

Broncos failing is great for everyone.

It is nice to see them back now we just wait to see the bills or the browns end their misery or better yet the lions they may have made the playoffs but they never get far as divisional rivals I don't really hate them granted I don't really hate the packers or bears but I want to see Detroit make it big

Well, he makes some great points.

Starting at 1:31 was fantastic - in a horrifying sort of way.  I'd pay to watch that happen.
