29texan Posted October 24, 2016 Author Share Posted October 24, 2016 UNIFORM BUILDER - Hats/Helmets Starting with the top and working my way down, here's how the Hat and Helmet menu would look: TYPE - Generic: basically the modern design of ever cap you see today. - 70s - Pillbox DESIGN - Plain - Patch - Sail - Halo - Stripes COLORS The color of the hat, the bill, and a third color depending on which design you have. SCRIPT: - TEXT: choose either a full line of text or 4 different types of interlocking letters (up to 3) then type in letters. - STYLE (full): Straight, Arch, Curved, Ascending, Wave - STYLE (Interlocking): L.A., St. Louis (more than 2 letters), Centered, Straight - FONT: choose from the existing teams fonts or 30 custom fonts. Some fonts come with tails. You can toggle the options of 1 or 2 outlines, shadows, or combos of both - COLORS: choose up to 3 colors for your script NUMBERS: Works the same way as the Script, but you have the option of not even having a number at all. Also, there are only 15 fonts. Style for the numbers option is choosing outlines and shadows. The back is just the same as the front, only you have the option of using a nameplate. PANTS: I didn't include Pants or Socks in the image since they wouldn't be as customizable, but the menu would resemble what you see, only with just the options of Stripes (1,2, and 3) or Pinstripes and colors. The sock option would include Plain, 2 Stripes, 3 Stripes, and a few of the designs from existing teams. The uniforms are finished. Now, it's on to ParkBuilder. Next, choose plain grass or a pattern for the infield and outfield. Patters: - Logo - Checkered - Wave - Stripped - Swirl - Specialty (Download any image into the field) After this, choose the type of infield. Either existing or one of the 6 custom infields below. Then, you can shape the outfield in the same way MVP NCAA Baseball did it in 2006. Either chose an existing outfield wall or make your own. 29texan Posted August 9, 2017 Author Share Posted August 9, 2017 COMMISSIONER MODE More to come tomorrow, but here's the continuation of the project: RULES This menu allows you and the owners to implement/deny new or even old rules to the game. Even letting you decide controversial topics such as allowing gambling and "enhancements"... SUSPENSIONS This menu will bring up the players who have broken rules and you decide what you'd want to do with them. This part of the feature will effect how owners, players, and fans view you, which in turn can effect whether or not you will be a commissioner long term or not for long at all. LEAGUES This menu brings up the options of Re-alignment and bringing in Expansion teams, along with MiLB clubs. You are able to add up to 10 more clubs (along with 2 minor leaguers for each) MEDIA This menu carries more options and the most work. What it features: - Television Contracts and Deals - Sponsors. As in real life, sponsors can sign with the organization or break away depending on what's going on around the major leagues. As with the SUSPENSIONS menu, this will also determine how you are viewed as a commissioner, and by extension show how successful MLB is. - Addressing the Public. You have to answer questions from the media, good and bad. Again, this also effects how well you are doing your job.
