They've had, like, six purple days through a season or something, but last year was the first time they became a regular rotation alt. I put it into the Wikipedia image this year because of it. Well, another user said he heard rumors about the Angels changing next year. I can't remember which page it was on. A gold halo would look better than the silver. A navy alternate jersey to go with that would be great. If the Angels are making a tweak next season, I hope they drop the silver drop shadow on their home and red alternate jersey. The silver around the halo and wordmark is getting stale. But forcing gold back into the set like this kind of cheapens the identity. Plus gold should never be this prominent in their set like this. Go A's! The white outline was really unnecessary, and just the all gold logo is perfect. If these are permanent changes, I can totally live with that. That looks pretty good for the royals. Personally, I'd swap the colors on the numbers, but otherwise this is exactly what I've wanted the Royals to do for a LONG time.
