I thought the name sounded familiar, as he played 2016 in Clearwater near my hometown. Base on baseballreference.com he split 2016 in Low and High A, mostly in Low A. With Trout, Calhoun and Maybin already in the outfield, I'm not sure where he exactly fits in other than a solid 4th OF (or he shifts Maybin into that role). Also, congrats to Edwin. We'll miss you here in Toronto, but seeing you go to a team that was fun to watch last year besides the Jays will keep me happy. He's apparently whispered (unconfirmed, of course) to a few people that he's going to try and work it so he plays in Philadelphia when the time is right. Well, sure, it's December 29 & he's still available, this shouldn't shock many.
