Around the Horn
The 76ers have unveiled a new playoff logo which will be at center court for all of their home games. It appears that they are going with "Phila Unite" and "Unite, or Die" interchangeably. There also a version with no tagline below, which they've made available on dropbox. (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ep45a6cc5ye8qkt/AAAcOJSuQeStyvdLpShd4t_9a?dl=0&preview=76ers+2018+Playoff+Logo.png) Quote At home games during the Philadelphia 76ers playoffs, presented by Toyota, the team will wear its City Edition uniforms on a court with the “Phila Unite” logo at its center. Near the 76ers bench, the words “Phila Unite,” in white signature-style font, will be present on the court’s apron, directly linking the team to its home city. http://www.nba.com/sixers/76ers-unveil-phila-unite-playoff-campaign-rooted-citys-history

Digby
I'm not really surprised, but I'd hoped the playoffs could be a time for the classic basic home/away jerseys only. The Cavs had black as one of their primary colors way before they beat GS. ahhhhh the 90's

The Cavs have had several nice uniforms (in a few different color schemes) over the years. The alternate they wore when they completed the league’s greatest playoff comeback is not one of them, and had they simply stuck to their classic home/road for the playoffs, we wouldn’t be having this discussion. We could simply appreciate the fact that the Cavs looked decent and respectable, if a little boring, when they hoisted the gold basketball. upperV03
The LockerVision site now has the uniform matchups for all first round playoff series (including games 5-7 for each series): https://lockervision.nba.com/ Here’s the Game 1 matchups for each series: Today, April 14th: Philadelphia (City) vs. Miami (Icon) Golden State (Association) vs. San Antonio (Icon) Portland (Association) vs. New Orleans (Icon) Oddly, they don’t show the Game 1 matchup for Toronto/Washington but it’ll likely be Toronto in white vs. Washington in navy. Tomorrow, April 15th: OKC (Association) vs. Utah (Icon) Houston (Statement) vs. Minnesota (City) Cleveland (Statement) vs. Indiana (Statement) Boston (Association) vs. Milwaukee (Statement)
upperV03
Also, the Spurs look to (finally) be somewhat embracing the fiesta colors again, as their Playoff warmup shirts feature them, and they got noted sneaker customizer Jake Danklefs to create special fiesta-themed kicks for all of the players for today’s game: http://www.nicekicks.com/dank-customs-outfits-entire-spurs-squad/amp/?__twitter_impression=true

Satomiblood
I like that all 4 of yesterday’s games featured the traditional road color vs. home white uniform standard. Wondering if the postseason is out of Nike’s control for uniform assignments.
