I just experimented on that, and it did not turn out very well.

Could I have the blank template you used for this + what application/website did you use for this? I also used Paint in creating these templates. Actually, I downloaded a template in the Paint Users Paradise topic here at CCSLC, and then modified that template to several templates.
edjb93
CINCINNATI Basically, I repositioned their sleeve and pant striping. I also retained the non-italicized number font, given that this particular font fits into the template. Finally, the red jersey now follows the same design as the black and white jerseys. edjb93
CONNECTICUT Given that their returning men's basketball uniform design is already a UConn signature, I just had to make a football version of that, and it turned out great. I also added grey alternate jersey, with an all-grey option as well. Home 1: Home 2: Road 1: Road 2: Alternate 1: Alternate 2:
edjb93
EAST CAROLINA The striping for ECU's uniforms is based from the pirate hat in the primary logo. And since their number font looks a lot like the Baltimore Ravens' font, I decided to retain it. From afar, whenever the Pirates wear black helmets, jerseys, and/or pants, many may ask, "Are we playing against the Ravens?" peligroabejas51
I thought you knocked it out of the park with Notre Dame, until I saw the UConn set. That's pretty much perfect.
the_grateful_ted
Really is amazing that you do this in paint, stunning work. Really big fan of Cincinnati, I've never been a big fan of red with uccon but it fits well with their recent brand.
edjb93
TEMPLE I combined this design with their current custom font (albeit the one I'm using is a modified version). I also added the owl feathers (similar to the design used on their helmets) on the sleeves. The barber pole striping on the pants contains sublimated diamonds. edjb93
UCF Originally, I was planning to place the same sword striping (helmets and pants) somewhere on the jersey, and I also tried a trimmed version of it, but both of those attempts did not work. Thus, I resorted to the sublimated Knightro logo. But the best of all, silver is limited on the logos, and anthracite has been deleted from my UCF color palette. edjb93
USF I'm not a fan of the bull horn "gradient" or "fade", and so, I took the "horns" out of the sleeves, and replaced them with TV numbers. the_grateful_ted
USF and UCF look good, I think the feathers add one too many elements to the uniform, including the diamonds and checkers.

Yeah, Temple may have so many design elements, but when looked far away, it may pass as a basic design.

edjb93
HOUSTON Let's face it: Houston's current unis are way too Nebraska-ish, Wisconsin-ish, or Louisiana-ish. In short, the uniforms do not speak much about the nickname. And so, I went back with their previous design with some modified and additional elements: sublimated alternate logo on the sleeves and striping on the shoulders and the pants. edjb93
MEMPHIS Unpopular opinion: I like the current uniforms of the Tigers. So, I retained almost everything in the current design, but with some key modifications: contrasting collar color (maybe a tongue-twister) and Memphis Grizzlies font. Since gray is one of the Tigers' official colors, I added a gray alternate jersey. Also, no more alternate helmets, just one. edjb93
NAVY Like my Northwestern treatment, I relocated the six stripes from the body to the sleeves. And I also brought back the font from the Midshipmen's final Nike years. I don't have any idea for an alternate or special uniform (especially for the Army-Navy game). I'm accepting suggestions from you, people of CCSLC. Home 1: Home 2: Road 1: Road 2:
Lights Out
This thread has been very impressive so far. With that said, I do have one critique: I think you're starting to rely on sublimated sleeve logos/patterns too often as a way to fill space. It works well on your Memphis and Temple concepts, but with Houston, UCF, Liberty, New Mexico State, etc., it seems overkill. Yeah, I do frequently use sublimated logos/patterns to fill up empty spaces, and, sorry in advance, but there will be next concepts that have sublimated designs. I think a lot of the designs look great with it, but there is indeed too much of it. Great work overall though, keep it up. "I believe in Auburn and love it!" edjb93
SMU I like SMU's Northwestern stripes on the shoulders, but the placement is somehow weird, because the stripes are placed near the collar (that's my finding). And so, I fixed that on my concept set, but I matched the striping on the helmet and the pants. Home 1: Home 2: Road 1: Road 2: Alternate:
