They’ve been that way for years, even before the template switch: If anything the logo is pushed a bit farther back now because of the thicker side stripe and because of where the cut out on the shorts is located. Even on the photo you initially posted, the swoosh is clearly on the front left hip and the Longhorn logo is supposed to be on the backside of the split due to the cut of the shorts.
