It all is, but it's also pretty damn neat that the Hawks, Falcons/Atlanta United, and Braves are all playing this one-up-manship game. One is building this massive structure that's been getting the city wowed. One has just built their new stadium with the adjacent community that's got year-round stores, bars, restaurants, and even living spaces. And one is going to be re-doing their place to make their home a place to get people talking. Is it? When this presser and the first year post refit is all the juice the Hawks/Dream will receive, is this advisable when TIFs for sport rarely work?
