NFL WAH games that could've happened but didn't

Inspired by the WAH episodes I don't understand thread. This thread is about games where the white at home event that didn't occur had a good chance to take place.

San Diego Chargers - 2003 against the Broncos, 2005 against the Cowboys, and 2006 against the Titans. Denver didn't follow the rules in 2003. In 2005 the Chargers wore white for a home game in the preseason against the Rams but not against Dallas? The Titans game in 2006 was really hot.

Chicago Bears - Home openers from 2011-2015. The Bears wore white at home against the Lions in 2010 on the 12th of September. Chicago had home games on dates on the 7th, 8th, 9th, 11th, and 13th during these 5 years. I exclude the 2016 opener against Philadelphia because it was a night game. CHI wore white at home for home openers from 2005-2007 too. It's understandable why they didn't do WAH for 2008 and 2009 because the date of the home openers for those years were late in September.

Arizona Cardinals - 1988 against the Cowboys and 1999 against the 49ers. These were night games and Arizona wore white at home for the first half of the season, including night games in that time span. Did the Cardinals want to make their debut in Arizona in their red jerseys? The Cardinals were in red for their game against San Francisco but had another night home game a few weeks later against the Redskins and wore white for that game.

New York Jets - 2011 against the Cowboys. The Jets have worn white for their home opener in every game since 2009 except the 2011 opener. The 2011 opener was a night game against Dallas and the Jets also had a night game in their home opener against the Ravens in 2010 wearing white.

Baltimore Ravens - 2013 against the Browns and 2016 against the Bills. Both were 1:00 games. The Ravens did WAH on the Sep. 15th against the Bucs in 2002 but not in 2013, and Sep. 11 against the Steelers in 2011 but not in 2016. Their home openers in 2010 and 2015 came late and took place late in September so the heat advantage won't play as big of a factor. Baltimore is on and off when it comes to white at home.

Philadelphia Eagles - First half of the season games in 2000, 2002, and 2011. These years the Eagles took a break from what they normally did. 2012 against the Lions, 2015 against the Saints, and 2016 against the Browns and Steelers. The 2012 game against Detroit was in mid October and at 1:00. PHI wore white at home for mid October games in 2004 CAR and 2010 against ATL. PHI wore white for a home game on the 11th of October against Tampa Bay in 2009 but in 2015. The Eagles didn't do WAH like they would've done in previous years against Cleveland and Pittsburgh.

Jacksonville Jaguars - 2003 against the Chargers, 2005 against the Broncos, first half season games of 2004, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012 against Cincinnati and Chicago, 2013 against the Chargers, and 2014 against Cleveland and Miami. The Jaguars probably realize it's a mistake to wear their dark colors too soon.

Tennessee Titans - 2003 against the Saints, 2005 against the Ravens, 2006 against the Jets, and 2008 against the Jaguars. Since 2000 the Titans have worn white for at least 1 home game in their time in Nashville.

Cincinnati Bengals - 2003 against the Broncos. This was early in September when it's warmer and the Bengals were in all black.

These are the ones I kept tabs on. There are many more I'm not accounting for. Feel free to add more to this topic.

Seattle Seahawks - WAH in any of their games since their inception back in 1976.  Even moving to Century Link Field in 2002, they decided not to do so, but couldn't hardly wait to don the all-blue unis.  Even when temperatures can be warmer than normal especially during their home opener.

If anything Carroll you would think would have the guts to wear WAH at least a couple of times, but apparently he decided not to do so.

I nominate Oilers @ Cardinals on 10/26/97. Arizona usually switched to red jerseys for games at Sun Devil Stadium in November. Plus this would have been a 3rd opportunity for the visitors in their lame-duck Tennessee Oilers era to wear columbia blue jerseys.

Maybe for the then-Phoenix Cardinals home debut in Sun Devil Stadium, their coach Gene Stallings probably did not want to anger his friend and mentor Tom Landry by forcing the Cowboys to wear blue.
