I’m not philosophically opposed to them using restrained jaguar spots, but at most they should be on an alternate uniform and possibly sublimated, it wouldn’t be much dumber that the Seahawks ‘tribal wings’ pattern. Using it to the capacity shown in that concept would make them look like Scary Spice

Tell me what you want, what you really really want

I get it. The Bengals looked awesome when they embraced tiger stripes (then they ruined their unis from the neck down in the 2000s, as was the style at the time).

So why not see if it works for the Jags? Except that tiger stripes are, in my opinion anyway, better suited for a sports uniform than jaguar spots are. The latter is just too gaudy to work.

Tiger stripes are close enough to uniform striping that they don't look as jarring as do spots.

I could handle a thinner version of stripes on the pants & jersey but no to the helmet... I really do not mind the new jerseys but I cannot say I like them either but I will give them a pass because the helmet was the worst design in the history of the NFL & everyone involved should have gotten a firm beating for letting them see the light of day... just kidding... maybe...

Short answer ... no.

The first thing that comes to mind is a mid-40's single guy's bedroom decked out in ALL leopard print. He wants the ladies to think he's got game and finesse that he goes completely overboard in trying to convince them he's got "IT." But, in reality he's just a sleazeball that doesn't have "IT" and has never had "IT." And, the ladies know that once this date is over he'll just go back to his internet porn and cat videos.

The logo isn't wrong; jaguars have solid spots on their heads. instead of the regular rosettes. If they still had a full-body version, then you might have an argument. Also, there's more variability than that graphic suggests.

I agree, This seems correct.

I think it actually looks kinda cool in this medium. It's a neat concept but I'm not sure it would look so great the real world.

Great point. Branching off of this, using jaguar spots would be more akin to a uniform having polka dots on it... which is a terrible idea.
