Kershaw was just about perfect tonight. One mistake, a few hits, lights out otherwise. Dodgers are looking really good. Three more wins!

But let's be honest... The real test is tomorrow. If the Dodgers can beat Verlander, I don't think this series goes more than 5-6 games.

I actually like their chances against Verlander.

*Verlander has feasted on free swinging lineups.  The Dodgers are the anthesis of that.

*Verlander's bound to hit the wall with the workload he has.

*Tomorrow's another near-triple digits day, which will further tax Verlander and will force the suspect Houston BP to come into play.

*Hill is averaging 10 K/9 IP in his two postseason starts and has only yielded 3 ER.  With the way Houston looked tonight he can hopefully have similar luck as Clayton had tonight.

And suddenly I don't hate the Astros as much as I did ten minutes ago.

EDIT: :censored: the Astros.

Has anyone actually taken time out of their weekday afternoon to wait it out at Taco Bell for one free, soggy, World Series taco?

This was one of those games that I don't think carries the momentum that usually comes from walk-offs or other late inning heroics.  It was a war of attrition that Houston should feel damn lucky to walk away from.
