I really like the green. The problem was pairing it with all that navy.

The green color is pretty close to Oregon's apple green unis. In fact the gold/green/gold almost looks like an Oregon uniform.

The color of bile is way, way worse than this.

I will say that the green looked a lot better on the video board (and probably TV) than it did in person. It's actually a pretty dull shade of green in person.

I get the inspiration from the Mississippi State helmet, but what is that uni?

Here's some more info.

Love thoughtful military tributes. Mizzou's is great. Not just a giant flag pattern logo or arm sleeves, but actual names of people from the state who were killed in WWI combat and a depiction of the war medal given to others who served.

Missouri wore that helmet against Vandy last week. Not sure if they're wearing it again this week, but maybe.

And Mizzou needs to go back to the dark Vegas gold.

Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.

OK, I hadn't seen the highlights so that's why I posted them. They're current gold is fine, they just need to use all three colors together in a better manner.

I think Ohio State vs Michigan would be awesome as a color vs color game. I know fans scream about tradition but don't realize that The Game was color vs color until the 1960s.

To be fair, most football games were color vs color until then. And the first Ohio State-Michigan game that was not color vs color happened in 1939, but that didn’t become standard until the 1960s.

I believe the official reference to all-white is ❄️❄️❄️

hahaha, ya right! I thought about that too. GD Emojis are killing me. I don't get the all while love kids have these days, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I am sore, wounded, but not slain

I will lay down and bleed a while

And then rise up to fight again

Houston broke out the black uni's for Senior Day.

I find it odd that seniors (if they were allowed to choose) would want to wear a set so non-traditional. For the last home game of my life, I would rather wear the most traditional look a team has. But I'm old fashioned.

These seniors, Houston's, seemed to wear black for all of their big games so I wouldn't have expected that to change.
