Ferdinand Cesarano
Too bad about the article "los" on the jerseys. But this is the way to do it, translate the nickname, as the Brewers and Giants have done. None of this "Los Mets" and "Los Reds" nonsense. After all, English speakers refer to the Diablos Rojos del México as the Mexico City Red Devils and to the Águilas Cibaeñas as the Cibao Eagles. And the nickname is a pretty cool sounding word. The uniform design is marred by the extraneous words "los" (which, incidentally, looks like "las") and "de Reading".

BBTV
Fightins is a stupid name. It’s a nickname for the Phillies, and shouldn’t be used by their minor league affiliate. Just stick with Reading Phillies as the official name. R-Phils was a fine nickname. The jerseys themselves are terrible. Colored sleeves are for softball. The script is ok, except for the subtext. The de Reading could be on a logo patch but isn’t necessary on the front.
