I've never heard anything concrete on it, but it definitely is a thing, I think? These pants also are (or at least were) in the style guide too. And they’ve never seen the light of day. They were in Madden too the first year or two of this set. Don’t think they still are though. Not sure what the point of them even was to begin with.
