LA Galaxy 2012-13 home (blank) Liverpool 2015-16 home (blank) Liverpool 2015-16 home (customized) Liverpool 2015-16 away (too small for me now, is more of a lounge shirt) Liverpool 2016-17 third (aka “Toxic Thunder”; long sleeve) Liverpool 2004-05 Istanbul CL shirt (Gerrard) Barcelona 2016-17 (Messi) Monaco 2017-18 (Mbappé; I ordered the 16-17 version since that’s when he was on the team but it got misdelivered. No matter, I liked this one better) I also owned a 2016-17 Liverpool home jersey with Sadio Mané, and a 2016-17 Liverpool away jersey with Adam Lallana, but both are too small for me now. Anyway, I still have 3 classics in my wardrobe- Kilmarnock 1965. A replica of the shirt we wore the only time we were Champions of Scotland. Kilmarnock 1997. The shirt Killie wore when we won the Scottish Cup, which I was wearing at the final. Italy 2000. A lovely light blue, skin tight stunner from Kappa. Best looking football shirt ever, IMHO. I had a good selection of Liverpool, Celtic, Scotland, Juventus, and Italy shirts when I was a boy right up into my 20s, but have not bought a new football shirt since that Italian shirt in 2000. Eh, that doesn’t bother me in the slightest. If the design is good, I’ll buy it. I don’t need to be wearing the current one always, I’m happy to wear an old shirt that I like. I have every NYCFC shirt so far, though I only really wear their current sky blue. And Arsenal, I have a smattering of Nike shirts; Invincibles, the Highbury redcurrants. Nothing since Puma took over, looking forward to Nike or Adidas getting the contract back and making my Gunners look good again. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog. You can guess by the era when I did most of my jersey collecting. Now it takes a lot for me to actually buy one because I just never wear them except for special events really.
