Idea: sports uniform mobile wallpaper app

I have an idea for an app that will create mobile wallpaper that looks like a customized jersey.  I started making one for the Dodgers but I don't have app experience and my idea is for any team not just one.  I'm thinking it would work like this:

Select team

Select jersey style (home, road, alt, throwback, etc)

Select front or back

Type in name and/or number

Push "Create" and a graphic gets created that would be the wallpaper for the device. 

 

Any thoughts?
