If 40% of a weekend's NFL games were like that, they would be little complaints about the NFL*, but for a little more defense. No complaints regarding kneeling, the national anthem, or penalties (only 6 total for 50 yards). The Gurley screen pass had a block in the back, but I'm not sure if Sendejo ran past Gurley and could not make the play regardless of the block.

*-Race of a QB notwithstanding

Rams look really good. Both play wise and uniform wise. Gonna be fun to see them win a Super Bowl while looking like absolute garbage uniform wise while shelving a set that’s unfathomably superior.

It would almost be poetic justice. Everyone associates The Greatest Show on Turf with their more modernish update, but they won their only Super Bowl in the classic uniforms. I agree that the Rams looked amazing tonight, but when I think of Kurt Warner and Marshall Faulk, I think of this:

If they make it and wear the dark set it’ll be the throwbacks. The dark St. Louis Jersey has been retired.

The NFC is the "home team" this year, right? Assuming they would make it, the Rams will likely go with the throwbacks.

Or they could opt to wear their designated "road" look. The white jerseys and pants with white-horned helmets.

"Home team" in the Super Bowl just means they choose. It's not a requirement to wear the designated home set.

How exactly are the Rams going to play the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles for the Super Bowl championship in this year’s Super Bowl?  Did the Vet miss some late breaking reel line mint?

If the St. Louis Rams had been an outdoor team and kept the original iteration and combination of those uniforms (i.e. - the gold side-stripes and the gold pants at home and on the road), that uniform would've been fantastic. Navy blue just doesn't work well inside a dreary dome, and navy blue inside a dreary dome definitely doesn't work as a follow-up to what the Rams wore previous to that.

Between that, the Rams going in the tank after the GSoT years, and the constant tinkering they did that got rid of pretty much all the primarily gold elements ultimately, that color scheme for the Rams never stood much of a chance.

Well aware... but do you think they would?

Cool. This week it's Mitch Trubisky's turn to be the greatest quarterback of all time. So far, the trophy has been passed from Sam Darnold to Fitzmagic to Pat Mahomes to Josh Allen to Jared Goff. Mitch is in esteemed company.
