Assuming you consider royal blue as that lighter blue shown in the “leak” I would assume the pelicans won’t be using that and will stick to navy. Which I think is a great look. There isn’t really anything else the pelicans can culturally and logically rebrand to other than Mardi Gras colors which can be a bit too hectic.
