To much cycling through the green.

I'm actually surprised the dark green is making a return.  I figured they moved on from that for good.

I think the return of the dark green has much to do with the fact that they’re celebrating 20 years since the rebrand of the athletic department and introduction of the ‘O’ logo. The shade of dark green is actually very similar (though a bit more olive-ish) to the shade used on the base of the Harrington-era uniforms:

That shade was a very dark green, and looked close to black in certain lighting conditions. The same seems to be true with the dark green pieces of the new set:

Also, the finish of the wings on the dark green helmets is quite clearly a call back to the early 2000’s helmets:

Cool little display showing some of the Ducks’ uniforms from the last 20 years:

The Ducks are celebrating 20 years since the rebrand of the athletic department and the introduction of the ‘O’ logo, which is what the display is in reference to.

I have a really weird amount of nostalgia for that first Ducks diamond plate set. It was just SO ridiculous at the time that everyone couldn't stop talking about it. It's been more than a decade since they put those out (Actually, it's probably closer to 15 years, which is truly alarming to me) and I still can't believe they actually did it.

To me Oregon got it right with this uniform set below, and specifically this combo.  Great mix of over the top, but not too over the top.  Classic helmet, with their standard logo, no frills above the neck.  The wings on the shoulders are unique, but not ridiculous.  The green to gold ratio is good, green heavy is the way to go.  Also, I like this shade of green.  Seems to be a happy medium of their current two greens.  Overall, this combo below is a unique look with the potential to be iconic, all while remaining in school colors.

That number font is NOT good, but I do like the star-sun flag pattern on the sleeves.

Arizona State new football jersey, leaked on fanatics. I imagine this will be paired against Michigan State's neon green monstrosity.spacer.png

Add some yellow to those stars and the Tillman era numbers with the chest star from last year and we got us a jersey.

Nebraska alt full reveal today. I would be just fine with this being in the rotation once or twice a season for the foreseeable future.

This is the obvious black jersey design that Nebraska fans have wanted for years, and somehow Adidas has only now figured it out.

Miami and Mississippi State have uniform news slowly leaking. Fanatics lists them as "Special Game " jerseys

#19 Louisville Cardinals adidas 2019 Special Game Premier Football Jersey - White

#19 Mississippi State Bulldogs adidas 2019 Special Game Premier Football Jersey - Black

#19 Miami Hurricanes adidas 2019 Special Game Premier Football Jersey - White

Miami's are the latest Parley uniforms.

ASU looks much better on the player. And actually makes for a good alt set.

Miami's is fine albeit plain. I do like the callback to that number font tho. Even tho it's clearly a Nike design, it would be cool for Adidas to throw it back to those early 2000s heavy piping sets. Those are/were iconic.

Yes. These will be worn versus Michigan State. Here's a few more pics from Twitter....fan jersey was never going to translate well.

Love that they kept the red chin straps.

Is there a reason no NFL does this? I'm assuming it isn't allowed?

NFL is white chinstraps only. I know Chad Johnson wore a black one before and maybe even a orange one. He obviously got fined.

9/10 for me. Very clean and solid look. Only two nitpicks:

1. The main numbers are white and the TV/shoulder numbers are red.

2. The Blackshirt Skull logo features the standard Nebraska helmet. This set has a black helmet stripe and black facemask instead of red, like the logo depicts. Note that this gripe becomes non-existent if Nebraska wears this jersey with the normal helmets.

Are the numbers on the ASU set smaller than normal to anyone else?

The star Az flag concept looks better on the player uniforms than the fanatics fan cut.  It looks more like a shelves end cap sort of design.

White =selfless?

Yet Tillman mostly wore their maroon and gold loud and proud. They need a real retro tribute throwback.

Nike and Adidas really flubbed up ASUs identity. It's always been this for me

If you want a real Tillman tribute, add some color in there.
