I like this one. Could you make a purple alternate?

Do you mean the logo or the uniform?

Is this what you had in mind?

I've taken the liberty of adding in another idea for the same logo.

Does anyone still have that PDF file with all the logo alternatives? If so, could you please post it so I could download it.

Thanks!

In all of Herr O'Grady's genius, the .pdf is vector, and is not passworded/protected. Have fun ripping the logos out of the .pdf to piddle with in your favourite vector program.

There is a Bobcats logo on page 12 that is awesome and what they should be using. It is on the far right of the 2nd row of logos. I like the detail put into the face and the fact that it reminds me of the original T'Wolves logo is a bonus.

I look at that site and you know what 75% of the logos were garbage. but there were some that looks better than the one the Bobcats have now. Even the second phase of the logo they have now was lookin good before the evolved it to what it is now.

I neva had a problem with the jersey, Never like the colors. I orginally pick Charlotte Flight as the teams name

Wow, they truly did pick the worst logo available. Even on the potential Bobcat logos, there are at least 10 I would have gone with over the stupid current one.

And yes, i'm fully in the camp that the franchise should have been the Charlotte Flight.

the Bobcat name reeks of an owner too full of his damn self.

I've had this file for years, but I have a stupid question: how do you pull the graphics from a PDF file? I did it once a long time ago, but forgot the process.

You can open the page you want and extract the drawings in both Illustrator and Photoshop.

Dragons was also part of a name thrown about by the Nets in the mid 90 as well, right? I want to say they were considering Swamp Dragons when John Spoelstra was their GM.

I Wonder if Dragons will be in one of the major leagues before long.

Yes the Nets were going to be the Swamp Dragons... the Raptors also had Dragons in their final three names (Grizzlies being the other).

I like that one and these other two.

For all his outbursts, he's actually done some pretty good stuff.

It's just that the one his client went with was not his best.

I don't know that that makes it his fault.

Of course, what he is reposnsible for is the petulant behaviour.

Speaking of unused NBA expansion team names and logos, does anybody have anything from the Vancouver proposed names (Bobcats, Growl, and Predators) or Toronto proposed names (Dragons, Grizzlies, Hogs, and Rex)?
