I'd buy merch for those teams or get inked with those. I especially like the NYCFC shape and simplification, the Nashville Guitar pick shape. Looking forward with what you come up with for the Caps. In terms of the name, I don't mind them keeping fire, but Municipal is solid. Me, as an English football fan, would take a more "generic" name like Chicago City FC or honestly just Chicago FC. Municipal is the perfect way to incorporate a European-style name with Chicago given the importance of the municipal device. vtgco Posted April 12, 2019 Share Posted April 12, 2019 I don't like the name change for Chicago, but the flag colors are nice. That second version of the logo without the ring is pretty cool! I like the German for Cincinnati, and the diagonal crest works way better with the lion than the Pentagon! I agree that the Galaxy looks muddy. The only problem is that I don't think there's any way the Cubs don't object to this. Which is a shame, because it feels very "Chicago" as it is. Maybe play with the colors a bit?
