That one's a head scratcher unless he's going to be part of a package elsewhere or as a replacement for Wheeler and Vargas who should be dealt by the deadline anyway. Yeah, this is a bit of a head scratcher as well... except that the Mets are looking to make a late season run towards the wild cards. They're only 6 games out right now, so it's not like it's not possible that they get hot and make some noise. What will more then likely happen? More sightings of LOLMets. ninersdd
Good god Detroit is flat out putrid. Outscored 24-7 by the 46-63 Mariners in a 4 game sweep. 9-41 in last 50 games. BEAR DOWN ARIZONA!2013/14 Tanks Picks Champion
Dalcowboyfan92
The Bo Bichette Experience will finally begin tonight as the Blue Jays play Kansas City. Yesterday, Toronto traded Eric Sogard to Tampa Bay. So, finally; the Jays three top prospects will be on the same field at the professional level. And yeah; the Stroman deal to the Mets is a real head-scratcher. But, they got two decent pitching prospects for him, so it's not like I can completely complain. But, that doesn't mean I fully understand the deal.

The Orioles aren't helping themselves by going a positively respectable 13-12 in their last 25 games. Gary
Detroit is just awful. They have a good chance at tying their 2003 record for worst AL team ever. Plus there’s a chance that they’re selling Boyd and Greene, who are their best players at the moment. So they may just lose 125 games the way they are going. I don’t understand why or how they can justify giving Al Alvila an extension when this “rebuild” is going the wrong way. Maybe we need new ownership, GM or Manager. But we need to do something fast. I can’t take another 15 years before we smell anything good as Tigers fans

Especially considering starting pitching is their strength and the bullpen and defense are their major weaknesses. I'd put money on LOLMets for sure the rest of the way. AustinFromBoston
Mets apparently want Benintendi or JBJ for Diaz or Syndergaard. Yeah....... NO! Regardless, Diaz & Syndergaard will likely be gone by the end of the day.

~Bear
Puig got ejected after being traded. David Bell got ejected earlier after some borderline pitches called strikes and came running back onto the field half an inning later and started punching on Clint Hurdle. Reds are getting killed but the fans who stayed till the end got their money’s worth.

Dilbert
So the Reds traded for Wood, Kemp, Puig, and Farmer in the offseason only for them to dump Kemp and trade Puig during the season. i swear we cant have anything nice in this city. Meanwhile the entire Pirates organization is a joke from the players to the broadcasters. Signature intentionally left blank
