heavybass
Moving on to the 2nd expansion of the next series.... Columbus. Â Team on the left....COLUMBUS AVIATORS Â History Based of the historical influence of flight that originated from Ohio, the Aviators soar into the field despite having close fierce rivals in the Browns and the Bengals... making sure to not to follow their other Ohio teams, they went with Black, Non-traditional White and Columbus Blue as well as Silver, they are a popular team in Ohio.HOME Black helmets with columbus blue facemasks, black tops with designed sleeves, columbus blue pants and N-T White socks... the Avs have a look that is unique in the league and at home, they take flight to please their faithful... pant options are black and N-T white.ROADTheir non-traditional white technically covered the league's all white road tops ruling despite many protests from other sides, the complaints were thrown out as their tops pair well with their columbus blue pants and black socks.... same pant options for home. ALTERNATE Same Columbus Blue pants but now with a Columbus Blue helmet, silver tops and silver socks.RETRO Their less than stellar original kit.... White helmets with Black facemasks, large columbus blue stripe in the middle... followed by black tops, white pants with Columbus Blue Stripe and White socks... they only lasted a couple of years with this design before they moved to their current look.BIG CITYWhat makes this team beloved in Ohio is that they issued a contest where they would design the uniform with the right concept... the winner produced this, a very striking dark blue helmet with cream facemask, dark blue top with cream pants and dark blue socks... this look is very imposing and when it is worn, they win games. Likely Division: AFC North Team on the right....COLUMBUS CAPITALS (CAPS) Â History Another team in Ohio that runs on a capital motive meaning arrogance and thinking they're the best Ohio team in the league... unfortuately they are essentially another badly run club, fans still show up to their games but they aren't in the top half of the league either... think current Browns/Bengals management. Â HOME The Caps run with a white helmet that has a bright blue facemask to go with their dark blue tops with red sleeves and white pants with white socks... other options for pants are dark blue and silver but this look is terrible and dated.ROAD White standard tops with silver sleeves to go with the dark blue pants and dark blue socks... options are for pants are white and silver.ALTERNATE Silver helmets, silver pants and silver socks.... to go with the dark blue top, nothing too exciting.RETRO The original look of the team was not exciting at all, it was essentially a rip off of the Texans style with just the red top, the navy helmet and pants with white stripe on both, red socks to complete it... it only last ONE season then they went with white helmets and the rest was history. BIG CITY Crimson Red helmet, Crimson Red top with white sleeves, silver pants and silver socks... ball was dropped somewhere in the design process. heavybass
Next up on the Expansions for this batch.... Â MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE Team on the left....MEMPHIS STEAMERS History Tennessee gets a 2nd team as Memphis enters the NFC with their own take on the glorious showboats of the Mississippi River... as they don't like Nashville especially with the Titans, there is prime grounds for a rivalry. Â HOME From Memphis come the sounds of the Rivermen... offically known as Steamers, the Rivermen occupy the NFC North division with their unique Red helmets, red tops with black sleeves and grey collar, red pants and black socks.... pant options include Red and White. The Rivermen don't **** around against their fellow divisional rivals the Bears, the Vikings and the Packers.ROAD Bog standard white tops with red sleeves and black trim with their red pants alongside white socks.... other pant options are white and black. ALTERNATE Take the home kit and replace the black with grey and there is your alternative... literally no imagination on this one.RETRO Historically they began life as a white helmeted expansion with red shirts and grey collar, white pants with a side striping of black and red socks... the look was ok at best but against the fierceness of their new NFC North neighbours ((including the Argonauts)), the uniforms began to have the stain of turf and blood... so they changed it to their current home.BIG CITY The Rivermen dress up fancily as they can in football terms and in doing so... they bring out their best black helmets to go with their red shirts and collar, black sleeves, black lettering with white trim, black pants and finally red socks. And now for the team on the right.... please welcome back...MEMPHIS HOUNDOGS!!! Â History In 1993, 5 teams were selected to be in the consideration pile to expand the league by two, there were Jacksonville, Carolina, St. Louis, Baltimore and then we have Memphis... this got 4th place as Panthers and Jaguars were chosen to expand, infamously the Elvis estate was going to be involved in the funding of said team but they missed out... instead CFL expanded and put Mad Dogs there for a year and then they didn't work out. This time, the league wanted a 2nd team in Tennessee and they weren't going to take no for an answer, thus Houndogs returned except without the Elvis hairstyle and they'll be placed in the NFC North because counterpoint to the AFC South having the Colts.HOMEA new colour scheme enters the league with helmets inspired by the Seahawks with Houndog looping around, dark green with brown facemask and tan features goes with a dark green top with brown collars and sleeves, white pants to counter-balance the dark colours with a tan sidepanel with dark green trim and then dark green socks.... other options of pants are dark green and brown.ROADBog standard white tops to go with the dark green pants and white socks... cream sidepanel with white trim and you'll see a much liked look on the road.ALTERNATE Dog-gone Brown swaps over with the dark green of the home kit to make this alternate... it's only worn at home as the Browns made complaints about it when they used it against them. RETRO Â Look at it! So much early 90's it's good enough to be bad and reconstructing this to be in line of what it sould be like, is something... this retro kit has copper helmets, forest green facemask, tan shoulders, arms and sleeves with a forest green collar, forest green top and white pants to go with their forest green socks.... on the side pants, it's the original logo in triangular design.BIG CITY The last kit takes a departure from the green and browns to essentially produce a blueish green and a reddish brown that it works here... if the Houndogs didn't learn from their history, they would essentially be this style from Madden but I prefered the dark green, tan and dark brown. No one liked the Egyptians.
heavybass
Moving onto the next expansion team that I personally see in one of the Eastern divisions.... the magic kingdom of...ORLANDO, FLORIDA The team on the left is first, meet the....ORLANDO SENTINELS Â History A 4th team in Florida is considered suicide for many NFL teams despite being in a market that is oversatturated by Dolphins, Jaguars and Buccaneers.... but the Sentinels don't care at all, they have a decent fanbase, a color scheme that is unique and despite competiting in ultimately a tourist trap that relies on foreign money to survive, the Sens basically are survivors in a modern NFL.HOME The Sentinels of Orlando operate with a blue helmet with blue shirts and silver shoulders with blue collars, black pants and blue socks... it's a decent look and the blue shines in the Floridan sun which counts for many although some sponsors like the idea of a dark blue but that is a thought for another day.... other pant options are blue and silver.ROAD Still with the blue helmets but now with white shirts and blue shoulders with white collar, still retain the black pants but add white socks... on the road they are a good representative of Florida. same pant options as home. ALTERNATE Keeping the black pants, they are now joined by a silver shirt with black shoulders and silver collar, silver socks complete the set... this would be dull if it wasn't for the blue numbering and lettering.RETRO The Sentinels entered the league as a Blue and Silver team... Silver helmet, silver shirt, blue shoulders, silver pants and silver socks, why did they change... Detroit threatened a lawsuit if they didn't. BIG CITY Florida comes to life in the nighttime, so does the Sentinels... they play in All Black with Blue trimmings on sleeves, collar and pants as well as helmet. Meanwhile on the other side of Orlando, we have a right team that does take advantage of it's foreign fanbase... the aptly team known as...THE ORLANDO WIZARDS Â History Disney + Sports is a combination that not many considered an ideal setting, Disney in the past brought in The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim and whilst they withdrew in 2007, one executive thought it was a nice idea to bring an expansion to the city coming from the Camping World Stadium, well it worked at first. Now another executive at Universal has joined in with the Disney executive to bring a decent sports team to Orlando... A Disney/Universal idea that doesn't go :censored: up? Shocked I know.HOME Wizards of the Florida variety rely on Purple helmets as well as purple shirts but these shirts have black shoulders to go with the yellow collar... it's an unusual combo which works out especially if you add in the black pants and black socks and you got pant options of purple and yellow? You can go to places.ROAD It's mostly reverse except for the white shirts with purple shoulders and black collars with white socks... also league standard.ALTERNATE So a Yellow helmet considering the Steelers use a Yellow helmet in their alternate, I figured it would work here... Yellow Helmet with Black shirts with yellow pants and black socks... it's a weird choice though. RETRO Imagine a Disney backed purple uniform with silver pants, purple socks with white and silver trimmings... it did look cool for a time but eventually people stopped going to their games and the Disney exec accepted a deal with the Universal exec to make the current look. Â BIG CITY A fully Black uniform with silver trimmings ((collar and sleeves))... truly illuminating the night sky with it's absolute modernness.... and #Magic
heavybass
Next up on the expansion train is a team in California.... a placement for the West and essentially a nutso choice...SACREMENTO, CALIFORNIA Team on the left first and we got an interesting on in the form of... Â SACREMENTO CONDORS Â History The Condors have a bizarre and controversal history in the NFL for they were the first team to do the Double Fuschia, a look that reviled traditionalists and modernists with their weird combination but if a pink is introduced in sports, usually it's to psyche out the opponent into making mistakes.... before they were forced to add a metallic grey onto the scheme by the NFL because so. MANY. teams. made complaints.... this was a new expansion that almost won the Super Bowl but came real short.HOME Metallic Grey helmet to go with Violet facemask, Violet shirt with metallic grey sleeves and collar, metallic grey pants and white socks... the league forced the Condors to adapt to this look and whilst they are a threat, literally becoming the dullest team in the league hasn't stopped the fans from coming to their games.... other pant options are Violet and White.ROAD Same helmet but with league standard white shirts with violet sleeves and collar, metallic grey pants and violet socks.... options for pants are violet and white.ALTERNATE Following the league's ban on Double Fuschia, the club fired back by making one half of their kit Double Fuschia and the pants to be completely white which the league completely agreed to... angering the other clubs in the league as the Condors rubbed their faces in it. RETRO Presenting the first home uniform of the Sacremento Condors... Â I don't need to explain much here do I?BIG CITY The Condors embrace the blackness of the night as they combined their dark violet with their black.... with only violet socks. Team on the right time...SACREMENTO MINERS Â History What happens if you take the San Francisco 49ers and move them to the AFC West? You get the Sacremento Miners a team that has history for many, many decades as the city held many traditions.... the gold and the navy is a striking look alongside the bizarre light orange. Â HOME A traditional look of the Miners as they use a gold helmet alongside a navy shirt with gold sleeves and collar with white and navy stripes... to go with their gold pants and navy socks, trace of their light orange can be seen as it's a weird 3rd colour but it beats using White. ROAD Bog-standard white road uniforms but with navy sleeves and collar, navy pants and white socks ALTERNATE The Miners embrace the all navy minus the bright silver numbering and the white socks.RETRO These Miners weren't the first Sacremento team... they are a spiritual successor of the CFL team, Sacremento Gold Miners which they were the spiritual successors of the original WLAF team, the Sacremento Surge. BIG CITY The uniform here is based on the Californian Orange... so Bright Orange uniform with navy lettering and white sleeves and collar... to go with white socks and navy/silver sleeve striping, it's not gold standard either. heavybass
Next up on the expansion train is another team in Texas... in the area that has Austin in it, I figured there would be enough room for another Texan team... especially if it's in...SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS Left team is always first and it's an interesting team to say the least....SAN ANTONIO DREADNOUGHTS History A military themed team you ask? That's what the Dreadnoughts are... named after the armed forces in Texas and chosen to be nautical themed, the Dreadnoughts are named after battleships and San Antonio being close to the gulf of Mexico, it was a good location.... even if a millionaire in Virginia was trying to buy the team and move them East.HOME Home is where they have a classic/traditional look where they rock the Navy with it's helmet but with bright Yellow sleeves and collar with light grey pants and socks, it's basic but the team thrives on performance as well as a sleek look... pant options are navy and bright yellow.ROAD Road is where the White Shirts are used as they are standard with the league rules but they have navy sleeves and collar... and with white socks to go with that light grey pants... same options with homeALTERNATE What happens if you take the Seattle Seahawks approach? ell you get this mostly navy outfit with light grey sleeves and bright yellow collar.RETRO They entered the league in this mostly light grey look, helmet, sleeves, pants... but with navy shirt and bright yellow collar and bright yellow socks.... it was ok at most but they changed the look a couple of years later to their current one.BIG CITY The theme for this uniform is honoring the US Navy so White helmet, white sleeves, white pants but with bright yellow collar, navy shirt and navy socks. Â And now for the right team.... Â SAN ANTONIO MARSHALLS Â History Texas is Wild West country and Cowboys minus the ones in Dallas are popular still... to no one's surprise the fans of San Antonio chose a wild west themed team, the Marshalls they were called and became a rowdy bunch... they do embrace the wild west theming though. Â HOME Marshalls are essence weaker Cowboys so instead of white and navy... they in turn embraced black shirts with grey sleeves and collar with yellow fonts and lettering, grey pants and grey socks... pant options are black and yellow.ROAD On the road, the Marshalls show off their bad side with Black sleeves and collars, everything else is still grey... same pant options as home.ALTERNATE Black shirt and pants but mostly yellow helmet, yellow sleeves, yellow collar and yellow socks... I can't remember the significance of this option.RETRO Before some of you are going to complain about what I did for the Retro option, I did wanted to go with a cowboy theme so Orange, Gold, old timey Gold and the ever hated Brown... it is also a tribute to the former WLAF team known as the San Antonio Riders. BIG CITY Whitehats aplenty! White helmet, black shirt, white pants, grey sleeves and collar and white socks... it's a mixture of lawaiders and lawbreakers with those in the grey territory. heavybass
((I'm going to be making a minor touchup to the Marshalls... because they look a bit dull.)) raz
I think the dreadnought disappears on the helmet since it's mostly navy. I'd like either to see it on a silver helmet, or turn the navy elements to silver on the navy helmet.

heavybass
We are winding down to the last 2 expansions of this round of NFL.... originally in the last project, I had a team in Chicago called the Blues and a team in Salt Lake caled the Flyers and they would round up the 48, but then I realised I had a better story to tell if say St Louis won that lawsuit against Kronke and the NFL had similar lawsuits in San Diego and Oakland.... so the NFL caved in essence and the next expansion team... Â IS IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA Â Someone is going to be screaming...BRING BACK THE CHARGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Â Alas though I wanted to do something different... and that is to highlight San Diego's expansion options because you want something new to the league? Here you go, team on the left...SAN DIEGO AFTERSHOCKS Â History Making the most out of a previous color scheme by the AAF Team and deciding that their ruling against NFL was good enough to beat Dean Spanos and the NFL.... they nicknamed themselves the Aftershocks which yes it does sound sensitive in an earthquake infected :censored:state... anyway the Aftershocks use Grey as a primary but highlighted that grey with the brightest of Yellows that the league has ever seen... rival fans thought the Seahawks use of Lime Green was bad but NOPE here comes the Aftershocks! Â HOME The Aftershocks play their games at home in the double grey with grey helmet, grey sleeves with bright yellow markings, orange collars and bright yellow socks... pant options are bright yellow and white.ROAD Bog-standard white shirts and white socks... everything else stays the same except for the markings become grey, pant options are the same as home.ALTERNATEWhite helmets to a grey shirt with orange markings, white pants and grey socksRETROThe original uniform of the Aftershocks.... Chrome and lots of it, helmet with large yellow striping, chrome shirt, chrome pants and white socks... it looked stupid so they changed it. BIG CITY Owners of the Aftershocks are big San Diego Chargers fans... so they figured if they can't have the Chargers back, why not have the uniform to be the San Diego Chargers... so Blue helmet with large yellow striping, Blue shirt, bright yellow pants with blue and white sidestriping with blue socks. Â Team on the right is different though.... meet.SAN DIEGO CRUSADERS Â History. The Crusaders are named after the long drawn out process of trying to get the Chargers back to San Diego from Dean ':censored: You' Spanos resulting in a crusade that takes form in a unique Black and Neon Yellow uniform that is not the Steelers... let's move on. Â HOME The Home uniform is a dark black helmet with dark black shirt with bright yellow markings, bright yellow pants, grey numberings and letters with dark black socks.... combines the best of San Diego's crusade as their pant options are dark black and metallic grey.ROAD Same as home except for white shirt with dark black markings, numbers and lettering... same pant options as home.ALTERNATE Crusaders use the Metallic Grey on their Swords to strike fear at their enemies although with white markings... outside it looks a lot better than say the Raiders uniform. *shots fired*RETRO Bright Yellow helmet, bright yellow shirt, bright yellow socks... white pants and black markings, numbering and lettering. Their original uniform that did not work the first year it was issued, immediately redesigned the 2nd season to current home.BIG CITY Designed after the green gemstone on the logo of the Crusaders this all green and yellow combo is a testament to the Oregon Ducks. heavybass
And finally we wrap up this expansion and finish making the NFL a 48 team league... by including the city that beat the NFL and Kronke....ST LOUIS, MISSOURI  Team on the left is going to be first.... please welcome back...  ST LOUIS STALLIONS  History. In a city where the Battlehawks has thrived for a few years, it would a special team to try and uproot the XFL placement and although the Rams can't come back... the Stallions of old can come back and come back they can, the team from 1993 is back in the NFL and thriving in the AFC because Minnesota is NFC... doesn't matter for the Stallions as the Purple and Gold return to the Midwest to ride once more!  HOME The Stallions have an identity.... An All Purple kit namely Purple helmet with special white and gold triangular stripe, purple shirt, purple shorts, purple socks... but have gold sleeves and collar with white, purple and white stripes on sleeves... pant options are white and gold.  ROAD White shirts for Road as it's league standards but they have purple sleeves and collar, white socks and in those purple sleeves you have gold, white and gold stripes.... same pant options as Home.  ALTERNATE What happens if you take a White Helmet, Purple Shirt and Gold Pants with White Socks? You get the Alternative for the Stallions.  RETRO  A recreation of the 1993 kit.  BIG CITY Everything gets darkened especially since the helmet is a darkened gold.... with dark gold socks and then dark purple shirt and pants.  But if you don't like land... there's always the team on the right... take to the skies!ST LOUIS THUNDERBIRDS  History. Thunderbirds symbolises three things.... the midwest and it's thunderstorms, the military in St Louis AND the close bonds of the city itself... Tbirds fly together and fight together and its a lot :censored:ing better here it being in Toronto isn't it EA!? *bastards*... the black, red and orange is a weird combo but it reflects the Tbirds well since they are a force to be reckon with.  HOME The Tbirds have black helmets but that was offsetted by a deep red shirt and then black pants... mostly as well you have orange trim and an orange collar... with deep red socks, you have an image that is unique to the midwest... pant options are deep red and orange.ROAD Tbirds have the white shirt standard for their away but with deep red pants and with white socks.... pant options for this look are black and orange.ALTERNATE Tbirds love the deep red, it's a look that goes well on a uniform so they did that... except with white sleeves and white socks so it didn't stick out like a sore thumb, it's beautiful as it does.RETRO  CREAMSICLES BUT BETTER  The Tbirds entered the league with a Orange helmet with red and white striping, deep red shirts with orange sleeves and collar, white lettering, orange pants with red and white striping and with half red-white socks... this was a beautiful traditional look that was done and it still reminds a fan-favourite to this day, management wanted to update the look so they did.BIG CITY Tbirds at night... Black uniform with orange and white trimmings, good thing it was only used one game a season, it's not good compared to the rest. And with that, the league is now 48. heavybass
And now that we are at 48 teams in this NFL conception/universe thingy.... I will now be showing off how the league is formed, so from the original 32 came the first four expansions... the International 4.... out of 8 that would come later and then 8 more joined ((The ones that I recently posted)) Â Round 1 LONDON DUBLIN TORONTO MEXICO CITY Round 2 BROOKLYN HOUSTON OKLAHOMA PORTLAND Â Round 3 AUSTIN COLUMBUS MEMPHIS ORLANDO SACREMENTO SAN ANTONIO SAN DIEGO ST LOUIS Â Round 1 The proposals would eventually shape the league for the next 5-10 years... thus the NFL owners came up with three options for this first round to impliment: 3 Divisions of 6 teams: Eastern, Central, Western... playoffs are expanded to 8 with 5th to 8th play in Wildcard, Wildcard winners playing Best Runner Up and 3rd best Division Winner in Last Stakes before the Divisional Rounds with 1st and 2nd at the end.PROPOSAL A ((STATUS QUO)) The East, North and West Divisions are preserved in the new temporary divisions.... the South divisions would be split up and rotated between each divisions like in schedule with 2 Expansion teams being placed in the Eastern ((UK/Europe)) and Central (Canada) and Western (Mexico)... this is called the Status Quo Proposal. Â NFC Â AFC PROPOSAL B ((MILD REALISTIC)) In the NFC Dallas is moved from Eastern to Western as Carolina takes their spot with Atlanta joining them for a truly Eastern experience.... Dallas then joins the Western and gets a rivalry with the 49ers, Seahawks, Rams, Cardinals and Saints.... In the AFC, Baltimore moves to the Eastern allowing Indianapolis, Tennessee and Jacksonville to join the Eastern with Texas moving to the Western with the Diablos. This will lead to major potential realistic relocations when the draft comes 40.NFC Â AFC PROPOSAL C ((MODERATE RELOCATING/REASON BEING LOST)) THE NFC's Battleline for defining what is a Western team gets crazy and puts Minnesota in the midsts of it... because of it, MInnesota gets removed from the Central and is moved to the Western alongside Dallas, because of this chaos reigns as the NFC North :censored: completely with the NFL as they'll get Toronto, Carolina and New Orleans to try to satisfy them but ultimately fail whilst the Eastern gets Atlanta and Tampa Bay..... AFC is not so extreme with Indianapolis being moved to the Western alongside Texas, Dublin moves to the Central but get a temporary home in Orlando for West Coast teams alongside Jacksonville and Tennessee, thus putting Baltimore and Toronto into the Eastern. This will lead to major potential realistic relocations when the draft comes 40.NFC Â AFC Â That's what I got for now... discussions for alternatives is open for anything different.
