Always got to make things just a little bit more difficult. Will have thoughts in the morning but for now, I’m cautiously optimistic about Game 7. Tonight's loss reminded me that the only reason they're in the second round at all is because Vegas choked, blew a late 3 goal lead on 5 minute major, caused by a dumb and questionable penalty. AustinFromBoston Posted May 7, 2019 Share Posted May 7, 2019 Was Traveling this weekend, But I was able to get glimpses of games 5 & 6. Great series by Columbus! Very easily could have went their way, but once Boston's top guys started to show up (and Rask playing like the Goalie he should be) BJ's really had no answer. Best condolence I can give BJ fans is that no one will remember their loss to the Bruins, but no one will ever forget how they swept Tampa. As for Carolina, that should be an interesting series. Nothing about their success makes sense to me. Glad to see Colorado force a game 7, I think San Jose would be the toughest matchup for Boston if they make the Finals. Like I said earlier, I didn’t see a suspension coming because Anderson came back. I also can’t argue against a suspension, so it is what it is.
