DG_ThenNowForever 15,411 Posted May 11, 2019 At first I thought the Rockets were doing their best to give the game away, but in actuality, this is Game 6 Klay.
FiddySicks 11,050 Posted May 11, 2019 KD is out, Steph looks like the Monstars stole his powers, Cook and Bell are absolutely USELESS, and Jerebko looks like he worked a shift at a Galveston area Jiffy Lube before the game tonight. Despite that, it’s tied at half. Houston looks like they have pretty much zero killer instinct right now. If they lose tonight, they deserve every ounce of the they’re going to get. Klay is brilliant like he always is in game 6, and if Steph actually wakes up, this could be BAD for Houston.
DG_ThenNowForever 15,411 Posted May 11, 2019 Houston had a chance to break the game open when Curry was sitting, but instead the took a bunch of garbage shots and turned the ball over. Clint Capela, in particular, is looking like hot trash. I still think the Rockets win tonight, but they look dumb right now.
Wings 2,142 Posted May 11, 2019 The fire n brimstone won't be kind to the Rockets if they lose this game.
FiddySicks 11,050 Posted May 11, 2019 I want to say this is one of the worst NBA games I’ve seen in a long time, but then I realize this is just what NBA basketball usually looks like and my perspective has been totally skewed by the God-Like Warriors.
dfwabel 4,155 Posted May 11, 2019 (edited) Oh, Houston. Clutch City, my a$$! Saturday is the 25th anniversary of the game which gave us the headline which should be reused tomorrow. Edited May 11, 2019 by dfwabel image added

Dynasty 2,394 Posted May 11, 2019 So that's it. Even without Durant and an injured Curry, this team still prevailed. Lol season's over; Golden State will win again. Good on them for holding their ground, but holy Houston... you are terrible.

masterchaoss 297 Posted May 11, 2019 I'm so happy the NFL is back in LA because this league is the worst it's been in a long time both in terms of competitive balance and playstyle the NBA will never be as good as was 1999 till 2014, all this leauge is passing and 3s literally nothing can be more boring. I haven't watched a single game this postseason and maybe 15 regular season games all year, I've watched more LA Kings games than that and they are god awful. I hope this leauge ethier turns it's rules back 15 years or it just folds.
FiddySicks 11,050 Posted May 11, 2019 Two things: Watching the Warriors take down the Rockets AGAIN is, I swear to you, even more satisfying than seeing them win a championship. The absolutely fire engulfed enraged hatred the Warriors get gives me life. “Bad look” on my part or not.

Whatever dude.
DG_ThenNowForever 15,411 Posted May 11, 2019 My life would be a lot more fulfilling if I just stopped watching basketball. Another Warriors title would be a giant step in that direction.

I see an Over the Top reference, I hit the like button. Houston needs to burn it down. If it didn't work with Durant out and Steph in a slump for most of the game, it's never going to.

Potential unpopular opinion: I like your NBA thread persona more than the (totally not a) Sharks fan persona. I've mentioned it before, but as much as I'm tired of the Warriors, the Rockets are perhaps the most unlikable team in the league despite having no chance at a title. So I'm totally okay with them being humbled the old country way.
