It’s maybe a quarter step above what Tampa is currently wearing. The last look wasn’t perfect by any stretch, but it’s head and shoulders above their current garbage look. I don’t think it’s oddly underrated, everyone gives it grief, and rightly so. I’d say it’s worse than the bucs if it wasn’t for the number font. -Akronite- Posted April 19, 2019 Share Posted April 19, 2019 I stand by my belief that a team's identity belongs to a city and its fans more than the franchise itself, even if I know legally/technically speaking that isn't true. BUT I guess they were the Oilers for a season, so maybe somebody cares enough to see them throw back to that. However, there's little significance to the people of Tennessee to see their team in the uniforms of a team from Houston. Sports is so tied to local culture...
