This might be a bit confusing, but the top of the n and the bottom of the j are still too straight, if ya get what I mean, if you look at most 70s abstract logos, they curve and flow, this is jarring and looks stretched. Try tracing the ideas/suggestions people drew for you, and follow the curves more directly
neo_prankster 2,673 Posted July 14 How about this? C&C Welcome.
BellaSpurs 2,577 Posted July 14 Much better! I would even out the dot about the J to finish it though. The curvature helped a lot.
neo_prankster 2,673 Posted July 14 Thought I'd just use a circle to dot the J. C&C Welcome.

Section30 1,537 Posted July 14 I really like it! I wonder what it would look like in a blockier font more like their old logo, something more like this.
neo_prankster 2,673 Posted July 15 Here it is, applied to the uniforms: C&C Welcome.
ItDoesntMatter 268 Posted July 15 What would a one-color helmet logo look like? It looks kinda blobby right now; maybe it would look better in just powder blue. Otherwise, I love those uniforms.
Section30 1,537 Posted July 15 Love it, very appropriate for the time!

ItsSlothy 164 Posted July 24 Found on the Story thread that Baltimore succeeded. Can’t wait to see concepts! Also, I’d suggest “Barons” as the name for the new team.

ItsSlothy 164 Posted July 26 I suppose you could use colors and designs inspired by the Maryland state flag.
neo_prankster 2,673 Posted July 27 @ItsSlothy Good idea. In the meantime, here's a Buffalo Lakers championship sig if anyone wants one. C&C Welcome.

ItsSlothy 164 Posted July 28 I was thinking more about the Cleveland Barons Type Logo.

BellaSpurs 2,577 Posted July 28 I actually think that’s a really clever use of the 2 bs to make a crown. I would thicken up the lines though. I think the hat and monocle is too close to Cleveland
