I thought about it, and think DLo for Kevin Love makes the most sense.

And the GD Warriors win again :(

Love to the Warriors is a long time coming, and it won't even cost them Klay this time around.

Also, I'm REALLY hoping  Kawhi picks the Clippers.

Klay re-signed! And has a 15 percent trade kicker. Which isn't exactly a no-trade clause, but pretty close.

I don’t want to get my hopes up, but everything I’m reading and listening to says that Kawhi will announce he’s signing with the Lakers at 6pm. (Don’t know if it’s PST or EST).

But also that if he doesn’t sign with the Lakers, the Raptors are the only other team he’s considering. Clippers are out.

Probably PST, right? That's in three minutes!

Oh :censored:.

What an off-season!

Has to be PST. But yeah, this offseason has been nuts.

Kawhi to the Lakers would be a cherry on top.

And by three minutes, clearly I meant three hours and three minutes.

Shame too, because I've been spending far more time on r/NBA than my job today.

Warriors need to make sure they're still attractive to future free agents. They have a lot of damage control to do.

🙄

Kawhi would've been a really good fit with the Clippers.

One thing I'm pretty sick of hearing from all the a-hole gasbags at ESPN and such places is how "the NBA is better when the Lakers are good"... better for who?  Maybe for the media, maybe for the suits in charge, but certainly not for me, and if anybody ever tries to sell me on that BS to my face, I'll kick them in the ball bag.  My enjoyment of the NBA has never been higher than when the Lakers have been circling the drain, and if Kawhi goes there, my interest in next year's season will drop immeasurably.  This is the same garbage they try to push about the Yankees, the Cowboys... I promise you, if all three of these franchises only managed to win a single game each in the next six seasons, I'd still be pissed about that win.

If they're saying Pacific Time, that probably means he's going to the Lakers. Funny, with how inept their front office is and has shown, they're still getting what they want... another All-Star player. Forget the city of Los Angeles and all of its attractions, the franchise and its history itself plays as a huge advantage in recruiting. It would be early to declare them as NBA Champs, but having 3 of the top 5 players in the league is enormous.

So with this and the Durant-to-Brooklyn signing, does that mean the Knicks go another year where they missed out on an All-Star player? (LOL)

Even though it would hurt "my" team, I hope there's some chance he would resign with Toronto.  He'll never be able to top what he did this year, so I don't blame him for wanting to take a bit of a break and enjoy LA and being on a team where he's not 90% of it, but he has a chance to get into "statue" territory if he stays with Toronto for the next 4-5 years of his career.  That's kind of a big deal.  KD might bet getting his number retired, but will they make a freaking statue for him?  If Kawhi resigns with Toronto, ther'll be a statue.

The Lakers signed LeBron, traded for AD and might end up with Kawhi. You don't really swing all that if you're inept. Especially considering how much the Lakers whiffed from the Nash/Howard "era" until LeBron signed last year.

Charles Barkley claims the Sixers are now the team to beat not in the East... but in the whole NBA?

They have a really good starting 5, but not sure about depth.

Though, in fairness, I think most teams are struggling with depth now. Except for maybe Milwaukee, who has a billion centers.
