Unless they're going to be playing a few games here and there at Oracle, I still don't really get why they kept "The Town" jersey. I get that they're trying to "Pay tribute" to Oakland, but it sort of has the opposite effect if you ask me. It feels like people can/will take that as a slap in the face.

I've never really understood the whole Oakland/San Francisco "rivalry", honestly. They're different cities on opposite ends of the bay, but they both still represent the grater Bay Area. Living on one side of the bay and "hating" the other side has always seemed really silly to me. Especially when there's a huge metropolitan area a few hundred miles to the south that's often times diametrically opposed to many parts of Bay Area culture.

That being said, I still acknowledge that the rivalry exists.

Nah. The Warriors look like themselves again after an ill-advised late 90s rebranding.

I agree. But, I did love the red orange, navy and gold they wore ... it's a solid combination. But, the Warriors should always be blue and gold.

I mean why does South Chicago hate Northside? Why does Orange County hate LA proper? Why does Queens hate the Bronx?
