Aaaaand the Raiders just cut him.

Goodell really needs to step step in here and suspend him indefinitely. Him signing some chump change deal with the Pats after all of this would be absolute bull :censored:.

No, he threatened to assault the GM of a team and may have even broken the law with the whole “hype” video he released a few days ago (Wiretapping, or something?). That seems like something the league could step in and suspend him for.

Him going to the Pats after all of this nonsense would be such trash. That’s not a good look for the league.

Oh Raiders, how your ineptness brings me such joy. How your delusional fan base continues to cover their cars with skulls and car flags for a clown show run by a man-child and two talking heads stuck in the first term of the W administration. How your fan base continues to puff their chests out claiming LA superiority for a 4-12 train wreck that screwed over two metropolitan areas, one twice, only to still draw the gullible folks across state lines in a year because Ice Cube wore a hat. Keep it coming, Mark. Keep it coming.

Lol PF Chang's, right? Find a new slant.

I still see this as Mike Mayock posturing. He created a bad environment and badness resulted. Granted, AB exacerbated things, but not until after the fuse was lit.

Football is a brutal, punishing sport and the best guys can hope for is to come away with some money. The Raiders took away the promise of that guaranteed money (and asked for $55k) for Brown and he panicked.

The provoked him, he reacted, and now everyone has a big mess.

If he does end up in New England, he'll at least be somewhere that's not going to be playing games with him. That's better than what he got in Oakland.

EDIT:

:censored: the Raiders. That's some cold bull :censored: and a waste of everyone's time.

I can just see it ending like this:

"Everything that I hated about [insert person's name here], I hated about [insert another person's name here]. He/She was of the same mold that [insert former name here] was made of."

I don't think the Patriots really want another Aaron Hernandez on their hands, especially when exploitative asshats can do stuff like this:

Yuck. A man with a combination of severe brain damage and mental illness (unchecked by professionals) will inevitably lead to trouble. Your mental health is not your fault, but it is your responsibility. Ignore the "manliness" stigma and get help before you hurt yourself or others.

Let's not forget that last summer, Gruden traded a 3rd rounder also to PIT for Martavis Bryant, who also didn't make the Raiders Week 1 roster.

I’ll be shocked if Patriots even try to get AB.

Hell, I’ll be shocked if he ever plays another down of Football again.

Yeah he talented as hell, but when you can’t even make it to week 1, you’re not worth dealing with.

I just feel feel bad for him now. No way he isn’t suffering some CTE related illness.

I just hope it doesn’t have such a terrible ending like so many others.

Which is absolute garbage. That’s why Goodell needs to prevent that from happening.

He'll be in New England by Tuesday.

And this is why I don't join any chorus demanding that a team cuts a "problematic" player just so Darth Belichick can go bargain hunting. I'd rather have Tyreek Hill on my team, thank you very much.

EDIT: If anything, things like this should lead to a "redshirt rule". I'll explain: If a player is cut from a team due to disciplinary issues after the final roster cut, then any team claiming him must not play him until the next season. It'll cut down on this kind of bs, that's for sure.
