Not entirely sure if the Courage logo feels like an upgrade, but I do like how you made the lioness/cougar (??) look more ferocious and the use of negative space is also pretty clever. As for names for more clubs, here are my suggestions: San Diego Waves (Nod to the Navy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WAVES , and to the city being on the coast.) New Mexico Wanderers (I always really liked that name. I may have also seen a logo you made for that team name? I can't remember) Sin City FC San Antonio Pioneers FC Tinseltown And yes, Boston makes perfect sense for another team. Maybe revive the Breakers? San Antonio has a women's team here called the Athenians, something like that or even a Mexican inspired name could work. A team in San Diego could go that route as well. For Las Vegas, Sin City should be avoided, It works well as a nickname for the city itself, but shouldn't be used as the official name for a team. mcrosby
I really, really like the WAVES name for San Diego. I've gone with a Petty Officer First Class badge with a Navy styled SD as well as a scripted WAVES. The script is similar to that used on recruitment posters. I'm not sure this one is 100% there yet, so have at it. https://twitter.com/OutOfThisWC

mcrosby
I considered a few names for the Las Vegas club and landed on a name that sounded like a classic soccer name though I don't think it's ever been used. I'm open to tweaking this logo, because right now it relies on a sponsorship from Cadillac, but that's where the name came from so...Go Caddies? https://twitter.com/OutOfThisWC

But you're right, Cadillac would not hesitate to strike it down. Maybe we can give it more of a hot rod/rockabilly theme?
tBBP
Try Flamingos...to my knowledge, no other sports team around here uses it currently. Flamingo imagery is actually pretty prevalent around here. To say nothing of Flamingo Blvd in southern Vegas, VGK actually somehow has already established, by way of its fans, a tradition of the "victory flamingo" (think Detroit's squids, the Panthers' rats, and Nashville's catfish), so it'd also have a nice tie-in there, as well. Also: your work continues to impress (& motivate) me, Mark. I just got caught up on this project and you've got some good stuff in here. *Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. || dribbble || Behance ||

That might be a bit close to Forward Madison, since they've got a flamingo logo and are going by the popular nickname "Flamingos" / "Mingos" Similar to what I said about your first Minnesota concept, Queen City looks way too similar to FC Cincy, despite the lack of mane. Also, there are already two lion teams in the Courage and the Royals, so maybe you could go with a bridge or steamboat theme? The Minnesota Trailblazers look solid as-is, but I like @Axe's suggestion of going with a night sky and a North Star. The Courage logo feels like a downgrade with the awkward angles and oversized N*C, and it feels a bit left-heavy. I like the font, though. I like the incorporation of green and the edited face shape for Seattle, but the crown looks strange with that thick outline, the eyes are a bit too heavy, and the box around the text feels unnecessary. Louisville is very classy. Well done! Vegas looks really cool, regardless of its legal legitimacy. I could totally imagine an awesome vertical hood-stripe style jersey! However, what Mark is doing here is for the NWSL, not the USL. Two different leagues. It's not uncommon for two teams in different leagues to share nicknames, and in this case, I really think something along the lines of flamingo imagery would really shine in Vegas for the women's side. I'd like to see s vertical-hood-stripe jersey as well! *Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. || dribbble || Behance ||

That said, I'm not really feeling the Touring name and the Cadillac imagery for a Las Vegas-based team. I understand the roots of your reasoning, but I'm not bowled over by the identity. To my mind, an NWSL franchise in this market could be branded with a name as simple and straightforward as Vegas Kicks FC. After all, tourists flock to Las Vegas to "get their kicks". The stages of Las Vegas resorts were home to high-kicking entertainers - from the dancing girls of the El Rancho Vegas to the Copa Girls of the Sands to the ladies of Bally's Jubilee review - for 76 years. Hell, I once heard it said that for a performer to make it through the 90-minute jubilee show was the equivalent of playing a soccer match... if the pitch consisted of 1,000 stairs and your Adidas cleats were replaced by 3-inch heels. Retain your pink, black, silver and white color scheme... perhaps, add a splash of teal... incorporate a Vegas showgirl's headpiece into the badge design/shape (such as)... ... and you could have the makings of a dynamite brand identity for Kickline FC, Showstoppers FC, Vegas Kicks FC, Vegas Kickers FC, etc. Just a thought. Trailblazer, Leap, Ursa, Colossus. They may not be obvious, but that's what I'm going for. To be fair, your name suggestions are alright. I do like the "Kicks" and "Kickers" for a team name. However, I'm not on board with the "show girls" theme. It's just too obvious for a place like Vegas and outdated for a women's sports team. Whittier S
I wouldn't like Kickers, but "Vegas Kicks" has a really nice ring to it, and I even hate shortening the city's name to "Vegas."

While I referenced Vegas show girls in my reasoning behind the identities I suggested, my first choice of names (Vegas Kicks FC), and the inspiration behind it, was based upon the idea that "tourists flock to Las Vegas to 'get their kicks'." Whether that's from gambling in the casinos, or taking in headline entertainers in the showrooms, there's a certain energy communicated by the notion of "getting one's kicks". And, of course, that turn of phrase ties into the kicking that is inherent to the sport of soccer's gameplay. As for the idea of incorporating a Las Vegas showgirl's headpiece into the team logo, I was thinking more in terms of a unique containment shape for the badge. That said, something referencing the interesting shapes of Las Vegas resort marquees would work just as well.
mcrosby
Again, I'll circle back to Las Vegas. But first another circling back. The Twin Cities' Trailblaizers. As well as the Portland Thorns. I've always wanted them to have more thorns than they already have, so here it is. The new rose is from the Timbers' Rose City logo. I've also replaced black with a darker green. https://twitter.com/OutOfThisWC

Axe
I LOVE the Royals one! The Queen Bees! Also really like what you did with the Thorns one. The circular vine shape makes the logo stand out a lot better and drives home the team name. It's an excellent upgrade! The Trailblazers one looks awesome, too! I am curious as to what the logo would've looked like with MNUFC colours, but this pallet works really well! An amazing batch of logos!

mcrosby
Introducing Olímpica LA. LAFC's art deco is pretty great, and vibes pretty well with Athena's little owl. I might mess with the crest shape, as I'm now realizing just how similar it is to Sacramento and San Diego. and here's a map of the league so far: https://twitter.com/OutOfThisWC
