Round One (4 teams): 1993-94 Round Two (2 teams): 1997-98 or 1998-99 Round Three (2 teams): 1998-99, 1999-2000 or 2000-01 Round Four (4 teams): 2002-03, 2003-04 or 2005-06 Round Five (4 teams): 2011-12, 2015-16 or 2017-18 C&C Welcome.
