Arizona's jerseys ruin this. Granted their entire current set of uniforms is bad. Honestly don't understand why Arizona ditched the Nick Foles era uniforms with the fading stripes. That was a damn good "modern update" to the 90's set that should have been the new visually identity for their football program.

 

Arizona State looks good though.

Florida's endzones will be painted differently this week.  More recently they've been orange, with blue font and blue along the sidelines.  I'm not a fan of these endzones.

I would argue that Arizona State's jerseys ruin this. Sure, Arizona State looks good in a vacuum, but they're the road team and should be wearing white. Maroon vs. navy doesn't have the necessary contrast to work in the same way that UCLA-USC can.

 

But yeah, Arizona's jerseys suck.

No idea why the Sun Devils were in maroon tonight instead of white. The contrast was almost non existent and it was a total nightmare of a matchup. The ideal look for that game should’ve been them in white jerseys and maroon pants. But I’m never going to complain when they go simple and put Sparky on the helmets. Ignoring the matchup issue, this is the best the Sun Devils have looked in years IMO.

Last year’s Territorial Cup (ASU vs UofA) was also maroon vs navy, almost exact same unis as last night (ASU had pant stripes in 2020):

Army Navy field. Glad they didn't just slap the game logos on the 25 and leave the rest of the field the same as usual.

Utah-Colorado in the snow is just gorgeous. Both teams have sets that contrast well against the white background.

Probably an unpopular opinion, but Maryland’s throwback is arguably the best uniform in college football

Did not get a screen capture, but UGA had a couple uniform malfunctions in the game against Mizzou.  33 lost half of the G on his helmet and 73 lost the 7 on the front of his jersey that was "fixed" with what looked like marker in between downs.

Miami looks terrible, who comes up with these crap uniforms?

FSU is going with a new combo today. Horrible choice, if you ask me. There are only a few instances where having three different colors for the helmet, jersey, and pants looks good. This is not one of them.

 

I’m okay with FSU doing black, but they either need to stick with the gold lid and pants for a twist on the classic look, or use the black pants. That black/garnet helmet was a cool change of pace as well. But this is a rough combo today.

I want to hate it but if fsu was a mid 90's nfl expansion team I would say this is an interesting alternate look.

Adidas does. The insane thing is they're called Miami Nights uniforms and they end up wearing them at noon. They look good, they just don't look like Miami Hurricane uniforms.
