Yeah, pretty much this. I liked the dude (it took awhile to get there, though), but he did send me a few things via PM over the years that just made me go “uhhh”. I’m pretty sure he was just kidding with all of this, but you usually want to be sure the person you’re communicating with is on the same page as you if you’re gonna he that “edgy”. I understand why the person who outed him did that. I probably would’ve, too. I’ll miss him, but I get it. It felt like he was just waiting for me to post something that he could then reply to me with a snide remark. Either he was negative with me or if he contacted me on one of his less bad days, I'd get a reply that were links containing information, usually to add deeper insight in regards to said topic.
