@infrared41 As close as the Rams are moving towards the Fearsome Foursome uniform you love, it's almost as if they're teasing you with the individual elements.

Meh. Seems like they're just throwing the fans a bone while they wait for 2019.

Inexcusably lame. Remove the gold from the pants BUT keep it on the jersey? Really? It's like they are actually trying to create a poorly designed mess. Amazing.

Whatever color the Rams pick, I want them to keep this. It's a great logo.

They most likely are. They already have a new logo in the navy/white colors...

Voted A. Have to assume they will also be using white horns on their helmet.

Quick and dirty mockup-

I don't think they can use the white horns as the primary helmet. I believe the same rule applies to changing the helmet as applies to changing the jersey. It's heavily used in merchandise, so the five year rule applies. Pants aren't sold, so they can change them whenever they please.

Y'all notice the Rams mockups are on the new Nike template?

That's a pretty smart takeaway from this quick-and-dirty mockup.

Wanna hear a dumb one? This mockup doesnt show any gold sleeve stripes. Compare to this image of the same portion of jersey from last season:

(They probably just forgot, but a guy and dream of a beige-less future.)

They went from a decent logo to a ? logo...

You're joking, right? This is much cleaner by getting rid of that nasty gold and helps differentiate the St. Louis' iteration of this logo versus the Los Angeles' logo.

Although, if they don't add athletic gold in 2019, I'll be rather unhappy.

Cowboys - Lakers - LAFC - USMNT - LA Rams - LA Kings - NUFC

These idiots are just diluting their identity.

The bright blue and yellow colour scheme is the one that means "Los Angeles Rams" to the entire fanbase. It is this colour scheme by which the team's fans have identified themselves for the past 40+ years, even as they were in exile.  And it is this colour scheme which should represent the team's joyous return.

For the L.A. Rams to have been stuck with the drab St. Louis colours for a season is bad enough; but for them to then add a third colour scheme is unwise to the extreme. This cannot be compared to the situations of the Brewers and Padres, each of which juggles multiple identities in response to fan demand.  By contrast, the Rams have ignored fan demand.

The real L.A. colours have a tremendous amount of goodwill attached to them, goodwill which could have offset the discontent that accompanies losing seasons.  Yet this team seems intent on pissing that advantage away.
