We're obviously going to see all navy on Sunday and I hate it. I want those uniforms to be burned in a fire. EDIT: We might get two weeks in a row of the all navy nightmare. duxrcool048 Posted October 12, 2017 Share Posted October 12, 2017 It just seems weird to me, because it's not something I've seen them do before so close to the game. Usually they switch them right out. The only time I've seen that is when they had the white horns last season with the grey facemasks. That was the week before the color rush game when John Fassel was interim coach. They were getting ready for that game. So they just wore the helmets with the white horns all week during practice. That would look nice with the mockup posted previously that had the yellow jersey with the white pants. I think it would also work with a corresponding white jersey with yellow pants. Reminds me a bit of Namath's days with the Rams, when they had gray facemasks but sometimes looked white due to lighting and picture quality, and then it reminds me of when Colorado State had green helmets with athletic gold horns and white facemasks.
