colortv
Raiders will be fine in Vegas. Besides the fact that they are being gifted a stadium, it's a 4 hour drive/1 hour flight from LA so you know a lot of California Raider fans will be going on weekends. Combine that with the local market, fans flying in to watch the games/weekend in vegas and the tickets the hotels will buy up they will are secure. The inevitability of a a shrinking California fan base and the logic of "pirates in the desert" notwithstanding.

duxrcool048
You go from no NFL teams in L.A. to two, and one in Vegas. I wish the Chargers had stayed in San Diego. But, the way I look at it, better them than the Raiders. I'd rather share a stadium with the Chargers than the Raiders. Even though I still think it's weird that the Raiders are going to be in Vegas. Feels more Southern California, and is still distinct enough from the powder blue of San Diego. I prefer Royal Blue to Navy, but I don't mind Navy as long as you can tell that it's blue (i.e., not too dark)...and goes along with yellow. masterchaoss
So I ran a poll on the Rams reddit to see how popular the different color schemes are throughout their history are when it comes to the new uniforms in a couple years in a semi scientific way. The results are nothing too surprising and reinforces my idea that Rams would be absolutely stupid to go with anything that isn't a basicly a modernized version of Dickerson era uniforms. Yeah, I mean, it's just further confirmation of what everyone knew from day one, that Los Angeles fans want the Los Angeles Rams to pick up where they left off and toss out the St. Louis set that means nothing to them. ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫

They are waiting until the stadium opens for the new uniforms. As for the Raiders, I don't think the league ever had any intention of letting them move back to LA for several reasons: 1. During the whole Rams/Raiders/Chargers LA saga, there were rumors that some of the old school owners still had animosity for the elder Davis and his franchise/legacy from all of his legal/rogue shenanigans over the years. 2. They put the Raiders as the 3rd in terms of who had priority to move to LA once the framework was in place after that final meeting where they decided what was going to happen. 3. Mark Davis, while he has proved competent with this whole Vegas move doesn't have the financial means(see being unable to re-sign Mack because he didn't have the liquid capital for the signing bonus) nor business competence to help steward the NFL's return to the 2nd biggest market after 20 years. 4. The most important by far imo, is that the league really tries to push this whole disney/family image(regardless of the brutal nature of the sport), and the Raiders image or rather the image the fanbase tries to project and the gang affiliations from the first time is counter to that. Yellow Alt I doubt the league would allow that on a full time basis, but I also didn't expect them to allow the throwbacks for more than 2 games either since they are so concerned with their branding. You can't take anything like that at face value. First, the quality of the scan or photograph (as well as the lighting in the case of the latter) will effect the colour. Secondly? Team logos were curious things back in the day. Newspapers and magazines reprinted them in a variety of shades and colours (sometimes even oriented incorrectly) with little regard to what was "official." So it can be hard to tell what colour scheme was intended as "correct" short of a team style guide or some near-mint condition official merchandise photographed with neutral lighting.
