This makes me wonder how bad the uniforms will turn out.

What we can expect to see at midfield. Actually looks pretty nice.

This is the best version, would be better flat but definitely the best version

The color scheme is perfect, but the logos are a big disappointment. The ram logo is a downgrade from the previous one and the LA monogram doesn't look like a sports logo. They'll almost certainly screw up the uniforms too.

So does the mascot Rampage have to change it's look too?

I like the new ramhead.  It reminds me the old school 60's-70's ramhead logo.

Looks MUCH better without gradient

Marketing-speak aside, I think the gradient was used to complete the A. Without it, it doesn't quite read 'LA' to me. All of which makes the design feel forced. They tried to make it work but I think it falls a bit short.

These types of solutions always bug me... the blue outline not outlining the full L form. I get why they didn't do it but it seems there should be a better solution.

That’s beautiful. This is the one they should roll with all the time. Outside of blue backgrounds that is.

Are both the royal and gold darker than the original versions?

I think they are both lighter/brighter, my guess is 287/1235 before, at least the yellow is definitely brighter.

Rams website is using a version of the blue logo on a blue background with a white border.  it's an svg so i'm trying to get it uploaded

Wonder if this means we'll see a helmet horn thats gradient white to yellow as well?

"Some fans like the white horns / a lot like the yellow" - derp lets try do both and try to make everyone happy!

Also hope they stick with the navy blue helmets and don't try to match them to the royal blue jerseys...this is a mistake the giants made IMO.

I think this could've been solved by making three distinct parts to the horn: white that connects to the "A", gold for the middle, and "Sol" for the end. It already splits naturally so I'm not sure why they tried to forced these gradients.

Since they'll be playing in New Orleans, it's fitting that the Louisiana Rams have hidden a crescent in their logo.
