Would love to see Cleveland wear White over Orange in PIT next Sunday for the game. Fun fact: In 2003 when Cleveland last defeated Pittsburgh in PIT, that's what they wore:

Rams: Bone/Bone (blue socks)

Seahawks: Navy/Navy 

 

Bucs: Red/Pewter

Washington: White/White

Titans: Navy/Navy

 

Bears: White/Navy 

Saints: Black/Black 

 

Browns: White/Orange 

Steelers: Black/Yellow

They actually did it back to back years with the Colts going 3 years in a row 14,15,16 and the lions 3/4 with 13,15,16.

Considering Washington is 3-0 in white/white this season. Sure, it’s borderline superstition, but you can take away the fact that it’s a winning combo.

Does the NFL allow teams to wear alternates in the playoffs if they used them less than 3 times in the regular season? I could see a possible color rush for the Saints if so.

As much as I would prefer this uni matchup, i dont feel like WFT will go white at home in the playoffs.  It'll likely be burgundy/white vs. white/pewter.

They have in the past (Rams 2018-19 playoffs) but they had good reason for it.  If the Saints go with the white color rush, I'd be shocked.

The Rams aren't accurate. Those were their designated home uniforms that year.

I thought the Rams throwback uniforms that season were technically designated as their primary “home” uniform and that’s why they got to wear them

I didn't notice till now that the Saints wore them 3 times already so that probably rules them out. I would assume they are not allowed to exceed 3 times if I remember correctly the Niners tried to last year but were denied.

Somehow we have yet to see the Bills wear their current blue jerseys vs. Indy in white. We saw throwback in 2015 and Color Rush Red in 2017. Something tells me the Bills will break out the all blue look at home in the playoffs. They rarely seem to wear the same combo back to back games, plus there will already be plenty of white.

Last year both the 49ers and Saints tried to wear their color rush in the playoffs and the NFL didn't allow them to. That's why the Saints wore all white against the Vikings.
