I think OKC looks pretty good with the NASCAR style. It's a totally different aesthetic to the Braves jerseys. I'll need to see Miami's on court, but I don't mind it. Combine that with the bright colors and italicized fonts and it screams stock car design. I honestly have a hard time believing that the connection to racing was unintentional here. A connection to racing would be strange, considering that the nearest tracks are Texas and Kansas and an Oklahoman has never won a Cup Series race.
