Please explain to me why the NFL feels we have a need for Thursday night football?

they should reschedule all the NFC East games to Thursday night since the teams are trash and preparation doesn’t matter for them anyway.

Seeing the Bucs picked as the hot shot Super Bowl favorites is a totally normal, run of the mill experience for me.

If AB had ended up in Seattle I would have thought it a bold move that would launch the offense to the stratosphere.

But because he's in Tampa Bay, it's a bad move destined to fail just like his last three stops.

That's how fickle I am!

I appreciate the self awareness, because I would’ve been talking trash about how the “players coach” was going to ruin it all had he signed in Seattle. That’s how far I would’ve stretched!

The Bucs have existed for 45 seasons, and it took the NFL's greatest ever QB looking for a retirement home to FINALLY turn Tampa Bay into a destination market for players.

Better late than never but, good grief, you have to be really poorly run for a warm weather location with no state income tax to not practically sell itself.

Problem is most of the Florida teams have been poorly managed.

-Miami has hovered between mediocre and outright trash

-Jacksonville had 1 good year then blew it all up

-Tampa is the only one that started to get their :censored: together when they hired Bruce Arians & got Brady.

I know it’s practically instinct for us by now, but don’t rain on the parade. Enjoy this!

Believe me, I thank my lucky stars that I am just old enough to have seen the Bucs when they were a regular playoff team that managed to win a Super Bowl. Pretty much anyone 25 and under has no idea about any of that, or was too young to have remembered much about it.

He hasn't played any football for over a year, correct? Just like Gronkowski, you can't expect the man to come in and magically return to pro bowl form. Why do people get so sucked in by signings like this?

Because brown stayed in football shape, gronk turned into a twig and had to regrow all his muscular mass that made him dominant.

You can only stay in football shape by playing football. Brown has not done that.

I'm just glad his sorry bridge burning ass isn't in Seattle.

Now, just watch guys: He's going to burn yet another bridge because he can't keep that damned ego in check.

I agree. He is too much of a headache.

Tampa gets more thunderstorms than any other major city so people love the beach and nice Florida sun and being close to Disney and Universal theme parks but are scared that a white flash of bolt will kill them
