You changed your screen name. BucFan56 was the name of the bad Bucs, with their fortunes changing when you switched monikers.

Please bring back BucFan56, for our sakes.

Also, how fitting is it that Aaron Rodgers gets to go home to Danica Patrick?

I don't think they're an item anymore.

Buffalo is looking good early, 9-0.

I have zero sympathy for the Packers when it comes to calls made by the officials going against them in the playoffs. Zero.

They, along with the Steelers, are often main beneficiaries of the official’s calls when compared to the rest of the league.

Yeah, I have to say, it is amazing to watch Rodgers in the pocket with rushers getting what seems to be obviously held on so many plays, with no flags. Watch the second and third down plays in the red zone on Green Bay's last possession, you can count multiple uncalled holds. I guess Packer fans can complain about that PI if they want (if it was my team, I would TBH) but they can't act like the refs were out to get them. They didn't get called for a single penalty until the 4th quarter.

That's the closest we've ever gotten to a home team/home stadium Super Bowl.

There was that and the Rams playing the Steelers in Pasadena. It does make me wonder which was closer...

I saw, I came, I left.

The 49ers once played a Super Bowl at Stanford Stadium in Palo Alto. That was a HUGE home field advantage.

One thing I don’t get about the RPO, why is it never called ineligible receiver down field when the whole line blocks past the line of scrimmage and they still pass it like on that 4th down. Are refs just not caring? Or did the rule change?

I think if you're engaged with a defender on the line then you can be down field (like if you're driving him backwards), but if you're going after a LB or DB or just hanging out a few yards ahead of the line then it's a penalty.

CBS's soft focus or whatever cameras is neat experiment but I don't know if it's one that's working. Especially when I can't tell what's happening in real time and what's a replay.

If the Bills beat the Chiefs and lose in the big game to the man that has held that franchise in the clutch of his hand for 20 years would be cruel irony for everyone who said “I wish Brady was out of the division!”

First off, I will say congrats to our resident Bucs fans. Normally I am a sentimental Bucs fan because they have been bad for most of their existence. But I just can't do it this year. Call me a hater or whatever but Brady sucks the fun out of the sport for me.

Go AFC champs!

Poor Buffalo.

Their the team I wanted most to make it. Even more than Tampa.

I just find the Chiefs boring & unlikable. Pretty much how people felt about the Patriots. Ironically.

Difference being, the pats found ways to win against teams that could/should have beaten them. Chiefs are just clearly better than everyone else and the games are over by half time.

Yeah, pretty much.
Still hope Bucs beat them.

repeat champions are boring (unless it’s your team).

The rule is 3 yards downfield, but refs almost always give them up to 5 yards. Most linemen slow play up to backers or are engaged at the line, so they can’t be too far down if the play is run with correct timing. The only time they will really call is if a lineman is running down a linebacker who is usually lined up about 7 yard from the line of scrimmage.

Heh...well, congrats to Tampa on beating GB at Lambeau. That was, however, Brady at his 40-something-year-old best. And to see him still flinging balls downfield at his age and still making it happen out there--bump it, dude is definitely arguably the GOAT. There, I said it. You done got to another Super Bowl apart from the franchise for which you played nine and won six, with a chance to win a seventh...you done proved something. (Guess that's what happens when you marry a witch, haha.)

And to have done this with Tampa Bay, of all teams...

...If I actually still cared about the Buccaneers as an uber-fan, I'm not even sure I'd be excited right now. But since I turned that card in seven years ago, oddly enough, I can probably appreciate more just what Brady is pulling off, so should Tampa win the SB (and judging by how things are looking, they could very easily blow either KC or Buffalo out the water), I'll just congratulate Tampa, the franchise, Brady and my boy DJ @FiddySicks (alright, and you, too @IceCap 😄), and be cool with it. Now, with all that said, let's not forget THE most important thing about all of this:

Aren't we all glad Tampa switched out of those alarm clocks BEFORE they did all this???

*Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. 😁
