Regarding all of these new uniform unveilings, do you think we will see little fanfare like we used to? I remember seeing the Broncos uniform unveiling in 1997 on Sportscenter and the event was in a hotel ballroom. We could see these events via streaming now but there will hardly be anyone in attendance.

I wouldn't be surprised if stuff gets delayed. During the 2011 lockout the Bills didn't release anything until late June, and with no players they had military veterans wear models the uniforms.

John Elway is wondering how much longer do I have to stand here like a mannequin.

Put some silver pants on that and it's perfect.

You are on the right path. I'd makes these changes:

  • Change the white stripe to silver to match the helmet
  • Remove the logo on the arms and replace with TV numbers
  • Add Silver pants with a red-navy-red stripe
  • Change the number color to silver
  • White Jersey stripes should be red-navy-red
  • Add White Pants with red-navy-red striping

or

  • Change the helmet to white
  • Remove the logo on the arms and replace with TV numbers
  • Add Silver pants with a red-white-red stripe
  • Add White pants with a red-navy-red stripe

Silver numbers just look muddy and aren't as easy to read. Keep numbers white on dark jerseys.

Also change the shoulder stripes to match the pants or vice versa.

I agree. A few tweaks.

Mandate silver pants at home and navy pants on the road with striped white socks. I like how those combos have become their thing.

The pants stripes are pretty awful and look terrible compared to the shoulder stripes.

Pats oughta go back to the 90s pants with two thick stripes.

Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.

For what it’s worth (Fitzy is well known in the Patriots community)

I wouldn’t mind going back to royal. Especially with a white helmet to open the door for Pat Patriot throwbacks or at least do a red alternate if silver helmets.

New DeAndre Hopkins jerseys are being shown on NFLShop.com with 0 instead of 10.

Of course, it’s a place holder until the signing becomes official, but it would be cool if the NFL allowed the use of 0 at least in preseason

Not only should 0 should be allowed, but I wish the NFL would allow WR and RBs to wear single digit numbers.

If Nike can't make proper UCLA stripes, I prefer not to go down this road.  It would annoy me to no end knowing the uniform is not as good as it could (read: should) be.
