neo_prankster
The old thread was locked so I decided to start a new one. When I was a boy, I religiously watched the Sing Along tapes the Disney used to put out. One volume in particular, Heigh Ho, was the only way I saw any footage of Snow White before the full movie came out on tape around '94ish. Anyways, during the Heigh-Ho song, after Dopey locks the door to the mine vault, the Hi-Ho-Hum lyrics that zoomed in on the viewer towards the end of the song had this woodcarving font that reminded me of what the 49ers used to have. \ The Fictional Story of Austus

sky1324
All I can think of when looking at that Monarchs logo is the Charlotte crown. It even has the "M" in it. the user formerly known as cdclt

The city is super stingy with letting private enterprises use the logo, it was only available for retail officially for the first time last year through 704shop, despite its first appearance in the '70s. I don't think the chamber of commerce has used it, though they might have at some point. the user formerly known as cdclt

neo_prankster
For some reason, I can just picture Tuffy the NC State wolf having a voice provided by the late, great Billy Bletcher. The Fictional Story of Austus
neo_prankster
Yes, I know for a fact Disney made Snow White almost a decade before the 49ers first took the field in the AAFC. But for some reason, the colors that the Disney artists picked out for Doc's outfit reminded me of the Niners' colors when I first saw the film on VHS. A bit of a stretch, but anyways.... gothedistance
The Rams and Chargers uniforms make me think of Super Saiyan Blue (or yellow) from Dragon Ball Super.
FamousAtticus
Local Orlando car dealership. Look rather similar to the 2012 NBA All-Star game logo (and the Orlando Magic in general).
