Pretty sure they will sell more Tom Brady, Desmond Howard, Anthony Carter, Dan Dierdorf, and Jim Harbaugh jerseys than any of the current players. Licensing fees would be much more for them than the current players who would sell just as much merch or close to it. And if you read further down they have been producing jerseys of past players.
