Seadragon76
This hurts a lot... I mean, as a Seahawk fan, losing Wilson is tough. But, what Seattle gets in return from Denver is important - three players that could provide something, two first round picks (I assume it's this year and next year), 2 second round picks and a fifth round pick. The challenge now is not screwing this up.

If they need a backup or to save cap room and are down for a high draft pick, he'd be a smart pickup. But I mean, Seattle has Drew Lock now, so why bother signing yet another bad QB? DCarp1231
Denver QBs 1. Russell Wilson 2. Brett Rypien (RFA) Seattle QBs 1. Drew Lock 2. Jacob Eason I’d expect Denver to draft a mid round QB to back up Wilson and Seattle to draft a early round QB or sign a mid-tier FA QB.
FiddySicks
That’s definitely gonna make Denver better, but is that enough to make them serious contenders? I’m not so sure. Either way, that’s a decent price for such an obvious upgrade at the position. On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.) DG_YouKnowWhatThatMeans
I can't imagine Seattle starting 2022 with Drew Lock as QB. 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags

They have more issues than qb, and russel isn’t the same qb that can make up for it with the injuries and hits he’s taken over the years.

Not saying the Broncos are a contender for SB57, but there's no reason they shouldn't be a playoff team with the roster they have now.

Red Wolf
The Broncos and Seahawks had identical records last season at 7-10. The Broncos did it with Teddy Bridgewater and Drew Lock at QB.

Or at least 9 wins. 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags

Minshew is good enough to win a few games - which might actually hurt him, since anyone trading for him to be a starter would probably be trying to tank. He's a competent backup on a decent team, but to good to be a starter on a team that's trying to tank for the top pick. Plus, knowing the Eagles, they'd be holding out till someone's really desperate and try to get a 2nd round pick for him, like how they held out and got a #1 for Sam Bradford. Now they have a quarterback who is capable of getting them the ball.

A lot of people think that his career trajectory is going to be more like Ryan Fitzpatrick (except the whole Fitztragic part) in that he'll end up playing for 8-10 teams in his career and put up amazing numbers but unable to find a consistent home for more than 2-3 years. But when he does play, he'll ball out. There will be someone who will be really desperate and I don't think it's going to be a team that we have talked about in regards to having a QB.
