Also, wasn’t this game originally rumored to be Bucs vs Chiefs instead?

It was, but that was pre Brady returning.  Once it was confirmed a marquee QB matchup and Super Bowl rematch, im sure that changed some opinions.

So what is it with the NFL alway having the Patriots & Bills play each other in the dead of winter?

I wanted to drive up to Buffalo for the game, but of course it ends up being in January as the very last game of the season.

I want to kick "going to an NFL road game" off my bucket list this season,  so between Green Bay, Pittsburgh & Cleveland, which would be the place to go to?

I'm obviously biased but Bills facing the Packers is gonna be such an amazing atmosphere at the Ralph.

Is my math right? Do the Bills have three games in 12 days from Nov 20 to Dec 1?

EDIT: According to Twitter, this is not uncommon.

The NFL schedule makers were given gold when if came to making the defending AFC Champions schedule. Third toughest in the league, toughest in the AFC. Several games worthy of primetime. Dallas, New Orleans (return to Louisiana for Burrow and Chase), Tennessee (playoff rematch), Kansas City (Burrow vs Mahomes, AFC Championship rematch), Tampa Bay (Burrow vs Brady), Buffalo (Burrow vs Allen), and even New England. Instead the 5 primetime games (prior to flexing) are against Miami  and all three road division games against a sometimes iffy Baltimore and the two teams with QB situations in Cleveland and Pittsburgh. They did give Buffalo the primetime treatment but other than that, they completely missed with this schedule.  Other than Dallas, and maybe New Orleans all the high profile games are during the last month  or so of the season.

Other highlights include the Bengals vs the Jets as they take on former Bearcat and 4th overall pick Sauce Gardner. Hopefully he is as stellar with the Jets as he was in college. Another highlight is when former Bearcat  quarterback returns to Cincinnati with the Falcons. Not only is the trip to New Orleans a homecoming for Burrow and Chase but the Bengals will visit former QB Andy Dalton who is now with the Saints. Finally the final preseason game for the Bengals is at Paul Brown Stadium against the LA Rams in a Super Bowl rematch.

Introducing (yet again) one of the toughest schedules in the NFL. Weeks 4-9 is going to be the toughest stretch with every opponent having made the playoffs the year before and that’s before Weeks 11-15 where the Chiefs play at Arrowhead only once and that is against the Defending Champions. The AFC West is going to be a brawl and taking home their 7th straight AFC West Title, appearing in their 5th straight AFC Championship Game and making their 3rd Super Bowl in 4 years is going to be quite the uphill battle for the Chiefs. Getting rid of Tyreek Hill certainly downgrades the passing attack but seeing as how Tua’s deep ball makes Matt Cassel look like Brett Favre, the Chiefs will win long-term. The defense being overhauled is also another question mark, but the Chiefs are less rebuilding and more reloading and as a result are going to field one of the youngest rosters in the league. Even if nothing really comes of this, at least I can say they didn’t rest on their laurels like Seattle or Green Bay.

Rams actually have the toughest schedule. Fitting as they’re the champs

I'm talking about the Patriots. LOL

But I am leaning towards Lambeau. I Just hate that there's no direct flight.

I can't believe the Dolphins got a SNF game; they never do! And it's during a week that likely won't be flexed out.

Thanksgiving might end up being a dud. None of those games seem interesting, but partly because the Lions are trash and the Cowboys are fatiguing.

I expected it, but holy crap does that Bucs schedule look tough. Open at Dallas, then in New Orleans the following week. Then back to back at home Green Bay and Kansas City, plus both of the Super Bowl teams from last year. Browns, Ravens, and Steelers who are all good. Probably their easiest out of division game is vs the Seahawks, and that’s in Germany. Yikes.

Also, I have tickets to see them play the 49ers in Santa Clara, and it’s not until week 14. I was really hoping that was going to be earlier in the season.

Well, it's official, the Bolts win the internet 🤯

That felt like a modern day equivalent of these petty AFL game programs...and I'm loving the petty rn.

I don't understand why anyone cares on this, other than that it involves Bill Belichek.

So, the Chargers broke ground on their new HQ today.  Fittingly, they're moving to a city whose name translates to "The Second."

And, someone apparently suggested more than a decade too late that the team needed an exorcism.  @IceCap would probably agree on that point.

I would have figured the Texans would be the ones rolling out a priest to bless their facilities, but Chargers beat them to it.

There has to be some kind of San Diego connection to this--I don't know, but a [guy cosplaying as a] real live friar strikes me as highly ironic...

When it comes to NFL franchises that has ever played in Los Angeles they are more like "El Tercero".
